Remember when Joe Wilson shouted, 'YOU LIE' to Obama during the healthcare speech before Congress? Wilson was clearly upset about Obama's claim that the healthcare package 'will not cover illegal aliens.'
Since that time the President has been on the defensive, claiming he has no intention of signing a bill that includes healthcare coverage for illegals.
But you knew there had to be a catch, didn't you? Read all about it at Columbia Conservative Examiner.
It seems Obama has a scheme up his sleeve to get all those illegals covered through the 'back door.'

Opening the Flood-Gates for the Next Election
From CNS NEWS:
This is a clear signal that Barack Obama intends to pack the U.S. with immigrants from the south before the next election so that Democrats can keep their seats in Congress and so that he can win again in 2012.
I have never attempted to hide my opinion that U.S. immigration policy is chaotic, irrational, and raging out of control. And that is not to mention the obvious political motivation for having it this way.
We need to close our borders for a couple of years until we can clean up the mess and implement a sensible policy for immigration.
At a joint press conference with Mexican President Felipe Calderon and the Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper in Guadalajara, Mexico on Monday, President Barack Obama referred to American opponents of amnesty for illegal aliens as “demagogues.”

Thompson Contrasts His Record with McCain's
Seeking to make a final case for the fact that he is the one consistent conservative in the GOP race in South Carolina, Fred Thompson contrasted his record with that of John McCain in several campaign stops in the state over the past two days.
Thompson has already shown that Mike Huckabee is no Reagan conservative when one looks at his entire record. Now he has set his sights on the supposed 'front-runner,' John McCain, although no GOP candidate thus far can actually lay claim to that title.
Two major national polls show that McCain is ahead in South Carolina. But Thompson has been surging fast. And as Thompson's fortune rises, Huckabee's plummets.
While McCain is certainly good enough to vote for against the likes of Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, or John Edwards, his record is certainly far from being 'conservative.'
Yes, he has supported every tax cut since the Reagan Administration. And yes, he is strong on national defense, U.S. foreign policy, and the War on Terror. He also has a stellar record on abortion.
However, McCain's stance on other issues is highly problematic. Despite a fairly favorable rating by the NRA, McCain has actually voted AGAINST some key pro-Second Amendment legislation in his long political career.
His involvement in the environmentalist movement is also troublesome. He has totally bought into the political rhetoric of the radical tree-huggers that global warming is caused by human activity rather than naturally occurring forces.
McCain also made no friends among conservatives when he spearheaded so-called 'campaign finance reform' and proceeded to limit free speech in the process.
And his stance on illegal aliens has been disastrous. Despite his recent rhetoric about 'making the borders secure,' he still refuses to deal with sanctuary cities, tuition breaks for illegals, and forcing illegals in get in line with the rest who wish to come here LEGALLY.
One CANNOT adequately deal with the problem of the illegal assault on America unless these specific issues are addressed, which McCain refuses to do.
One by one, Thompson showed how his views have differed drastically from McCain's on these critical issues concerning our nation.
Thompson wants to end federal funds to sanctuary cities that harbor illegal aliens against federal law. He is opposed to tuition breaks for illegals. He is also opposed to any form of amnesty, including a separate 'path to citizenship.' There is already a path to citizenship for illegals, i.e., get in line and go through the LEGAL process like ALL trustworthy human beings would do.
In addition, Fred stands for a totally unfettered Second Amendment, just as the Founders specified and is against D.C.'s gun control laws in D.C. vs. Heller at the Supreme Court. He has a 100% pro-life rating from the national Right to Life group. He has also been endorsed by South Carolinians for Life--a state pro-life group.
Thompson believes that the 'global warming' bandwagon is largely a hoax that has been debunked and discredited by at least 400 scientists--a list which is growing by the day. And he doesn't mind telling you what he thinks about the 'Big Brother' nanny state that tries to tell us what to eat, what to do, what to buy, what to drive, and all of the other symptoms of those who have a Hitler/Stalin/Messianic complex.
In short, the candidate has done his homework. Thompson can demonstrate on the record how his votes have differed with McCain's.
Thus, we South Carolinians who cherish our liberty, unrestricted First Amendment and Second Amendment rights, the right to live our lives in freedom without the nanny state dictating to us our lifestyle habits, the simple and basic premise that any honorable person in another country who wishes to live here should be expected to do so LEGALLY, MUST support Fred Thompson in this coming Saturday's GOP primary.
A vote for John McCain is like a vote for Senator Lindsey Graham. The both of them are responsible for the hideous amnesty legislation they tried to push through Congress which would have made the illegal alien problem worse.
The outcry from the average citizens across the country resoundingly condemned McCain, Graham, Ted Kennedy, and President Bush for attempting to dump this piece of garbage on the American public.
We can do better. MUCH better.
And Fred Thompson is the logical choice.

2008 NIGHTMARE: Hillary Presidency Will Mean Open Borders
Washington, DC (TLS). Do you think that the recent amnesty bill for illegal aliens, proposed by Ted Kennedy and John McCain, was bad for the country?
Well, don't look now, but if Hillary Clinton is elected President in 2008, the nightmare of open borders she will implement will force us all to wax nostalgic over just how good the Kennedy-McCain plan actually was.
The immigration reform bill that was voted down by Congress recently was a bad piece of legislation, no doubt. Yet Hillary Clinton has a long, documented history of favoring open borders, including not only providing amnesty for illegal aliens but FREE in-state tuition to public colleges and universities!
Hillary sponsored a bill in 2005 that would have done all of these things, except we were fortunate enough to have a Republican Congress to vote it down.
In 2008, there is no guarantee that Republicans will pick up any seats. Thus, with a Democrat-controlled Congress, along with Hillary in the White House, there will be no stopping the mad dash to open the flood-gates to as many illegals as possible, grant them amnesty, and get them into our public colleges for free in-state tuition...all at taxpayers' expense.
And that's not all. A Hillary Clinton presidency, along with a Democratic Congress, will surely raise taxes sky-high, implement the Fairness Doctrine to silence conservative talk radio, commence on a systematic plan to rob the citizens of their 2nd Amendment rights, foist socialized healthcare on the American public whether they want it or not, and 'take money from business profits' in order to undertake the most massive, sweeping increase in the scope and power of government in the history of the United States.
My friends, Hillary is on the record advocating for all of these things.
Yet, if none of that were true, the issue of immigration alone would be more than enough to deny her a term in the White House. She is poised to destroy the nation by allowing a massive influx of illegal aliens, who will then be in the hip-pocket of Democrats for the rest of their lives.
Click here on the link for all of the details on Hillary's disgusting views on amnesty, and be sure to follow all the links in the story as well, since you will want to know ALL of the details:

Why John McCain Will Never Be President
Washington, DC (TLS). Republican Presidential candidate John McCain has begun to become unraveled a bit as the campaign heats up. There is yet a long, long way to go toward the Republican nomination, yet the candidate is already showing signs of strain under the pressure.
On Monday, for the second time in less than a week McCain went ballistic on a fellow Republican over disagreements on the Kennedy-McCain-George W. Bush Immigration Reform bill. Responding to Mitt Romney's continued attacks on the provisions of the bill, McCain went neanderthal by saying, 'Maybe he can get out his small varmint gun and drive those Guatemalans off his yard.'
Not only was the statement terribly ill-advised, but the context and timing were near-suicidal politically.
McCain has made no friends among those multi-millions of Americans who have serious concerns about the nation's safety and security in the midst of an immigration policy that is raging out of control. Americans largely do not like what they see, and they suspect that most politicians in Washington are simply not listening to their concerns.
McCain, along with Kennedy, Clinton, Obama, and many more, are some of the worst offenders. So is George W. Bush.
Thus, when McCain compares Mitt Romney's opposition to a bill that grants amnesty to illegal aliens who work here to a hayseed rednecked hillbilly with a varmint gun, driving 'them thar foreigners' off his property, he has immediately lost his connection with the vast majority of the population.
The thing is, this is the 2nd time in less than a week that McCain has gone ape over the immigration bill, at the expense of another fellow Republican. In that particular exchange, McCain was overheard hurling several denigrating expletives at his colleague in the midst of a heated argument about border security and immigration control.
Americans come away from these kinds of displays with the distinct impression that McCain is simply not in touch with the American heartland on this issue. And they certainly are leery of a candidate for President who cannot listen to opposing points of view without blowing his stack.
Thus, it is our opinion that the candidacy of John McCain is, for all intents and purposes, over. His candidacy never caught on like it did in 2000, and he has lagged behind in fund-raising. Giuliani is clearly running circles around McCain when it comes to capturing the loyalty of moderate Republicans--McCain's ONLY major source of support.
It's been a very bad week for John McCain--a week that may well go down in history as the week that ruined his chances for being President.

The Vanishing American--A Coup in the Making?
Washington, DC (TLS). The blogger over at 'The Vanishing American' has posted a sobering analysis of the new emerging immigration compromise endorsed by the White House, Ted Kennedy, and John McCain. Apparently there is a growing body of evidence that suggests that a coup is in the making with measures such as this being shoved down the throats of American citizens.
In spite of the fact that consideration of the Kennedy-McCain Immigration Reform bill has been placed on hold until after the holiday break, it is clear that there are individuals and forces within the U.S. and Mexican governments that are complicit in an attempt to change American society from top to bottom, with Mexico being the clear winner and America being the loser.

Illegal Aliens Commit 90% of Murders in L.A.
Los Angeles, CA (TLS). Here's an eye-opener for you. Statistics from the Los Angeles Police Department and the California Department of Justice show that illegal aliens commit over 90% of the murders in Los Angeles.
This is simply another example of the consequences of a reckless national policy on immigration--a policy that does not even pretend to enforce the laws that are already on the books.
Statements have been made by some in the debate over immigration that perhaps the driving force of the opposition to open borders and amnesty programs is that 'we don't want those kinds of people in the republic.'
You bet your sweet bottle of Corona I don't!
Why would I want to open up the country to gangs of thugs who plunder, pillage, pilfer, and perpetrate mayhem? Those who come here to work, learn English, become accustomed to our culture, and support our government and way of life are welcome. Those who come here for the freebies and to fly the Mexican flag are NOT welcome. It is simple as that.
In a city as large as Los Angeles and its near-uncontrollable crime problem, for over 90% of the murders to be committed by illegal aliens is nothing less than horrifying.
The nation's immigration problem is totally out of control, and the bill put forth by Ted 'Senator Blowhard' Kennedy and John McCain, and supported by George W. Bush, will NOT reign it in. We need to enforce the laws already on the books, and the main one is that part of the U.S. Code that states the aiding and abetting of illegal aliens is a FELONY.
I want to know when we are going to arrest and throw into jail politicians and business leaders who violate that part of the U.S. Code on a regular basis.
If we cannot even bring ourselves to enforce the laws already on the books, how in the HELL do we think a NEW law is going to clean up the mess any better?
Read the complete story of the murders committed by illegal aliens here:

If we cannot even bring ourselves to enforce the laws already on the books, how in the HELL do we think a NEW law is going to clean up the mess any better?

IMMIGRATION REALITY CHECK! Mexican Bloodbath
Washington, DC (TLS). Gangs of Mexican criminals, drug runners, and smugglers perpetrated a bloodbath in a small Mexican town south of the border on Friday. Rumors suggest that this gang has formed a convoy headed north toward the U.S. border, intent on continuing the bloodbath within the United States.
This should be a wake-up call to the imbecilic Washington politicians in BOTH Parties who are pushing the latest amnesty bill. The Ted Kennedy-Nancy Pelosi-Harry Reid-John McCain-Lindsay Graham-George W. Bush immigration bill for granting amnesty is a slap in the face to all law-abiding Americans and to all LEGAL immigrants who stood in line to wait their turn to become citizens the RIGHT WAY.

TERRORISM EXPERT BLASTS IMMIGRATION BILL
Washington, DC (TLS). Counterterrorism expert Michael Cutler has slammed the immigration agreement worked out between the White House and the Senate. Cutler has done scholarly research for years on worldwide terrorism, both foreign and domestic, and has provided sound policy recommendations.
Cutler maintains that a so-called 'guest worker program' is a dangerous way to go. In fact, Cutler refers to this specific provision of the bill as a 'Guest Worker Amnesty Program.'
Despite denials by the White House and Senate Democrats that the bill provides amnesty to illegal aliens, the guest worker program does exactly that, as Cutler shows below.
This timely article is an absolute MUST-READ! Click here for Cutler's analysis:

Ron Paul on the Radio--Illegal Aliens
Washington, DC (TLS). Republican Presidential candidate Ron Paul made a guest appearance on late-night talk radio Saturday evening, coast to coast. This gave the candidate the perfect forum for giving some no-nonsense straight talk concerning the nation's problems and how to solve them.
Mr. Paul is perhaps best known for his opposition to the War in Iraq--a rarity among Republicans. But his views on many other issues are worthy of a hearing.
Perhaps the most interesting of Mr. Paul's views concerns the nation's immigration problem. The candidate insists that there is already a path to citizenship for legal immigrants through U.S. law and that the last thing we need is yet another amnesty program.
The so-called 'path to citizenship' for illegal aliens is just another amnesty program. The true path to citizenship, according to Mr. Paul, is the same path that legitimate immigrants follow--the path that is afforded them by following the tenets of the law.
Thus, Mr. Paul would insist that the law be followed. In addition he would remove all present incentives for people to come here illegally--the freebies. Mr. Paul would immediately cut off free medical care, free education, and other incentives for illegal aliens to flood into the country.
When illegal aliens discover that America is not the world's destination for those looking for a handout, the problem of illegals flooding the country will either stop or be greatly diminished.
The Liberty Sphere is in full agreement with Mr. Paul on this issue. Such rational, no-nonsense thinking is sorely needed among American politicians.

Guess Who's Sponsoring Amnesty for Illegals!
Washington, DC (TLS). Guess who's sponsoring legislation that will make the path toward citizenship easier for illegal aliens! I will give you a hint. One of the bill's primary sponsors is Senator Ted Kennedy, D-MA, who has never seen an amnesty bill he didn't like.
This time, however, he has some help from a top-name Republican who is running for the Party's Presidential nomination.
Have you guessed it yet?
None other than our illustrious Republican Presidential candidate John McCain has joined Chappaquiddick Teddy in drafting legislation that makes citizenship so easy for law-breaking illegal aliens that it is tantamount to amnesty.
Once again, we see in stark display the dark, evil collusion between Democrats and Republicans in aiding the raping of American society and culture by illegals. In our opinion here at The Liberty Sphere, that makes them accessories to crime. When an ordinary citizen helps a criminal commit a crime, that person is considered an accessory to that crime in our judicial system. Illegal aliens are breaking the law. They are being aided in doing so by the nation's politicians, with the exception of a few faithful Republicans in the House who have ALWAYS sounded the alarm about this travesty of the law. Thus, Senators and Representatives who support the continued onslaught on American society by law breakers, primarily from Mexico, are accessories to crime.
When are Americans finally going to demand that our elected officials do something about our borders and about illegal aliens? So far, all we have gotten is empty talk and vain promises, even by President George W. Bush. While the President likes to point out that something is being done about the problem, his cronies from Texas whom he himself appointed unleashed an outrageous assault on two Border Patrol agents who were merely doing the job they were hired to do. The President has yet to act against these individuals, in both the U.S. Judiciary, and in the Department of Homeland Security. He has also failed to grant Presidential pardons to the two falsely accused Border Patrol agents who are rotting in jail for a dozen years.
Yet in the midst of this outrage, not only does the Senate pretend that the incident did not happen, but it is actually considering legislation that will make the problem WORSE.
Remember these names--TED KENNEDY and JOHN McCAIN.
But there are plenty more. The following article traces the proponents and supporters of this despicable bill. Memorize their names. They are in essence supporting the disintegration of American society as we know it by supporting the breaking of our laws. The rule of law for the masses is a joke unless that rule of law applies as much to aliens and immigrants as anyone else.
So far, the illegal aliens are the ones getting all the breaks.
And what message does THAT send?!
