Already, Elena Kagan has recused herself from 25 cases in which she represented the Obama Administration.

Will she hold to that?  Conservative Examiner has the story.

Obama-enabler Patrick Leahy, D-Vermont, has already introduced a scheme to allow a 'packing' of the court in order to prevent a tie vote in cases where a Supreme Court judge has recused himself.

A Special Message from Senator Jim DeMint

Here is a special message from Jim DeMint, R-SC--a consistent, principled conservative.

This is an important message to all who wish to reclaim the House and Senate from the Marxist minions of Barack Obama, who have approved his unconstitutional programs without flinching.  And Conservative Examiner has it.

Yes, we must take back Congress in 2010 with overwhelming majorities, but we must do it by electing principled conservatives, not RINOS who compromise with Marxists!

Vanderboegh has a photo and commentary that depicts one of the reasons I like Southern women.  Be sure to click on the photo to enlarge it.

WRSA pleads with readers to ponder over what is suggested in the piece to which he links, and then to follow up by following the advice provided therein. Either that, or, 2012 will be 'welcome to hell.'

The Ol' Broad blesses us with the political cartoon of the day, entitled, 'Hope 'n Change.'  Enjoy...

ObamaCare law leading to severe doctor shortages

The consequences of ObamaCare are already kicking in as the introductory phase of the plan went into effect 2 weeks ago.  And already, patients are reporting significantly longer waiting periods to see specialists, and the elderly are reporting drastic increases in their Medicare supplement premiums, coupled with a reduction in coverage.

This story is reported today by Conservative Examiner.

But more is on the way as a major trainwreck is predicted by medical experts who say that doctor shortages will only get more severe, leaving millions of citizens with 'government provided coverage' but no physician to provide the care.

Special Notice to The Liberty Sphere Readers

The comment option on this blog has been temporarily disabled.  This will force the Obama-trolls who are constantly harassing me and engaging in cyber-bullying to contact me directly by email rather than on this forum anonymously..

This will allow law enforcement to track the identities of the perpetrators.

You may or may not know that a massive counter-offensive against the Leftwing trolls has been launched by a significant group of conservative activists.  We are through playing and being on the defensive.  We are going on the offense, including involving law enforcement agencies, from the state all the up through the feds, to trace, identify, and apprehend these thugs who intimidate, threaten, issue death threats, and threaten to rape women and children in the conservative and Tea Party movement.

We intend to smoke them out of their cowardly anonymity, and force them into the open. We are serious about this offensive, and there will be much more to come in the courts.

Thank-you for your understanding.  Most of my regular readers know how to contact me by email.  It's on the blog if you look for it.  You are welcome to comment there.  Thanks.

A ton of irrefutable evidence has just come in exposing the nature and vast expanse of the Obama-goons' Internet campaign to destroy the Tea Party movement AND conservatives in general.

Conservative Examiner has the full details and links to this extensive, thorough, and explosive investigative report.

This gang of thugs are paid, and they are dangerous, issuing numerous death threats against conservatives, Tea Party activists, and major figures in the news, including the threat to rape their wives and children.

These people aren't playing.  They MUST be stopped with everything in our arsenal.  Patriots, pass this along and beware!  Be ready.  WE need to go on the counter-offensive.  So, use every tactic at your disposal to thwart these cyber-bullies, and keep your firearms nearby in case of personal attack.

This will only get worse as the Progressive/Marxist movement continues to lose its hold on the voters.

That evidence is presented today at Conservative Examiner.

Before write this off as the futile speculation of conspiracy theorists, remember we already have documentation from early in Obama's tenure showing that he attempted to initiate such a code with the National Endowment for the Arts!  Read on!

The oath--it's not to a person but to the Constitution

Time to get down to the nitty-gritty about violations of the Oath of Office on the part of Obama and Congress, in addition to their numerous violations of the Constitution and the law.

What should be the citizens' response to such tyranny?

Conservative Examiner suggests an answer.

But be forewarned.  Being a Patriotic American takes guts--plenty of guts!

7000 ICE officers give thumbs down to Obama ICE director

In protest of the corruption and refusal to obey the nation's immigration laws by the Obama Administration, 7000 ICE officers have given an official NO CONFIDENCE vote to Obama-appointee, ICE Director John Morton, and Assistant Director Phyllis Coven.

Conservative Examiner reports.

Not only have the field officers revolted against Obama corruption, but the group rejected the concept of 'sanctuary cities' and pointed to a memo Obama himself sent to immigration officials directing them, by executive order, to implement 'back-door amnesty' WITHOUT THE APPROVAL OF CONGRESS.

Once again, this is yet another outrage that we the people cannot and should not tolerate.

Why Krauthammer is Wrong about 'the Buckley Rule'

As much as I respect Charles Krauthammer, when he misses the mark he misses it by a mile.

This issue is discussed today at Conservative Examiner.

Witchcraft! Oh my! Much ado about nothing regarding O'Donnell's past

More smears by the political elitists against a Tea Party candidate.

Conservative Examiner reports.

We MUST fight the elitists by refocusing attention to the real issues--cutting runaway government spending, cutting taxes, bringing honesty and integrity back to Washington, and undoing the damage done by Obama and the Democrat-controlled Congress!

The Mistake of Underestimating Tea Party Endorsed Candidates

They have defied all the odds and won.  I am placing my bets on them to win again in November, despite the naysayers of the politically elite, who have been proved wrong over and over this year.

Conservative Examiner explains, with some concrete examples.

It is a huge mistake to write off these candidates in the general election in November.
