Hillary' Enemies List Now Includes Gunwalker Reporters

Nixon was not the only one with an 'enemies list.' It is well-documented that Bill Clinton had such a list. So did George W. Bush. And, by extension, due to her marriage to the former President, Hillary Clinton has such a list. And apparently the reporters who have exposed her involvement in the Gunwalker scandal are on it. One reporter in particular was informed today by sources inside the State Department that he is now on that list.
So far no one in the mainstream media has reported the bombshell information revealed over the past 2 days by Mike Vanderboegh that indicates Hillary was in the loop on the illegal scheme from Day One. Thus, the mainstream media has thus far avoided Hillary's ire.
This is no surprise. It took the media several months to begin to report the story of 'Operation Fast and Furious,' also known Project Gunwalker, in spite of the fact that this writer, Kurt HofmannDavid Codrea, and Mike Vanderboegh had been writing stories about it since December of 2010--Vanderboegh and Codrea being the first.
The mainstream media is slow to report anything negative about this administration. It is unknown how long it will take them to get on the trail that leads to Hillary. And doing so comes with a heavy price to pay. Ask Sharyl Attkisson at CBS News, who revealed to several high-profile reporters last week that she had been verbally abused by the White House staff, including yelling and choice expletives, for her tenacious and thorough reporting of the Gunwalker scandal.
Nonetheless, the story of Hillary Clinton's deep involvement in Gunwalker is out, and the same sources that led to the discovery of the DOJ-ATF illegal scheme to deliberately place American guns into the hands of Mexican criminals have now directly implicated Hillary in the scandal, as reported yesterday here and here.
At every single juncture as this story has unfolded, the sources have been proved to be reliable and accurate.
Thus, Hillary Clinton's ire...

Hillary's Smoking Gun--the Next Segment in State Department's Role in Gunwalker

"We have to recognize and accept that the demand for drugs from the United States drives them north, and the guns that are used by the drug cartels against the police and the military, 90 percent of them come from America."
The person who spoke the words quoted above was Hillary Clinton. The year was 2009 in an interview with Lara Logan of CBS News, just prior to a trip to Mexico City to meet with Mexican officials concerning gun and drug smuggling. The statement shows that not only was the State Department heavily involved in the Gunwalker scandal, as reported earlier today, but Secretary of State Hillary Clinton herself was at the forefront of pushing the false assertion that '90% of the guns used by Mexican drug cartels come from the United States.' It has only now been discovered the extent to which Clinton was involved.
This is, in essence, Hillary's smoking gun, the bombshell proof that she was personally involved in what became known as the Project Gunwalker scandal--an illegal scheme that was concocted in order to claim that draconian new gun restrictions and gun bans were needed in the United States, given that 'most of the guns criminals use in Mexico come from America.'
As previously reported, the meme parroted by Barack Obama, Eric Holder, Janet Napolitano, and Hillary Clinton concerning the number of American guns used by criminals in Mexico was patently false, and they knew it was false. This is precisely why the Obama Administration concocted the scheme in the first place. If the facts do not prove that 90% of the guns come from the States, then make sure those numbers can be proved correct by walking the guns straight across the southern border directly into the hands of criminals.
Thus, the State Department, the Department of Justice, the Department of Homeland Security, the ATF, the FBI, ICE, and a host of other federal agencies went to work to send thousands of guns across the border, deliberately placing them in the hands of the cartels.

Gunwalker Part 2--The State Department Connection

Breaking new information on the Project Gunwalker scandal, reported last evening by investigative citizen journalist Mike Vanderboegh, indicates that the connection between the Hillary Clinton State Department to the illegal operation is much more extensive than previously reported.
Months ago as the news of the Gunwalker scandal exploded onto the national stage it was suggested that there was a connection between the Department of Justice’s illegal operation in gun smuggling and Hillary Clinton’s State Department.
This reporter did a story solely on the Clinton/State Department connection back on April 18, 2011.

Since that time, the two original reporters who first broke the story, Mike Vanderboegh and David Codrea, have suggested that their sources were telling them that there is much more to the State Department’s connection to the illegal operation than had been reported.

It's Still True

Yep, all of it. Truth is truth, no matter if you believe it or not.

Oh, and I have a bit about quantum physics too. Yes, I like to draw parallels. Isn't that what classical education is supposed to teach us to do? To think? Yep!

Nourishment for the Mind and Soul

Music has always been my first love (apart from human love, that is) and the ultimate means of 'tending to myself' when I need to nurture my emotional/spiritual life and find respite in my mind from the pain and disappointments of life.

My first love in music was Gospel Quartet singing, as most of you know by now. But I have a wide variety of musical tastes. I don't talk about it much, but the great classical compositions and singers are at or near the top of my favorites, along with the great Gospel Quartets.

I have not been in a good place the last couple of days for reasons I have described here. So, this evening, as I always eventually do, I turned to music. And when I did, I found myself drawn to a piece of music that, in my estimation, is one of the greatest compositions ever written, and performed by one of the greatest singers of all time.

The great Luciano Pavarotti took what is known as 'classical music' to the masses and achieved rock-star status. But in his case, the accolades and the attention were very well-deserved. When he was at the top of his game, there was none better, ever. His was the best voice in the history of music, in my opinion.

And his signature song, which I have provided below in the video, is in my opinion one of the greatest and most emotionally-charged compositions in all of history. The melody, the pathos, the soaring high notes, the dramatic ending, are all classic trademarks of what is considered to be the pinnacle of musical composition.

Here Pavarotti sings 'Nessun Dorma' from an opera written by Puccini entitled, 'Turandot.' The song is an aria that is found in the 3rd act.

Pavarotti presents this deeply moving rendition of the piece in Paris before a live audience. I have heard the great Luciano sing this aria many times. This one is by far the best. Notice the emotion in his eyes. And note the ultra-soaring high tenor note at the end, which he holds seemingly endlessly and effortlessly, climaxing in a dramatic ending that sent the Parisian audience into cheers.

If you have never seen this, I present it as my gift to you. I hope you are as moved by it as I am. Here is the link to the video. The original one I posted has been removed from YouTube. This one should work fine.

All guns and politics from the best gun rights and liberty bloggers on the Internet.

Conservatives4Palin has a good roundup of various reactions to Palin's announcement that she won't be running.

Gun Values Board posts a new article that is worth reading entitled, 'You're On Your Own.'

David Codrea comments on the sham in the new ATF shakeup where, not surprisingly, the new bosses are the old bosses.

Mike Vanderboegh, as a follow-up to the Codrea story, says that the stooges are merely playing musical chairs at the ATF.

Kurt Hofmann reports that in response to recent explosive reports on the Gunwalker scandal, the Obama Administration says to 'be reasonable and calm down.' Sheesh.

WRSA points to the notion, mouthed off by certain political elitists, that 'we have too much free speech' in this country. A pox on the them all!

Standing By says that the 'poor little rich kids' are the ones occupying Wall Street in the 'days of rage.' And they are also part of an Obama front-group to boot!

Days of our Trailers reports that a rogue Sheriff in Broward County, Florida is violating the right of citizens to  self-defense with firearms!

Mike McCarville informs us of the mind-blogging number of citizens living on the government dole...nearly 50% of the population, which is why I am pessimistic that the election process will give us anything other than the continued growth of the nanny-state (Marxism).

Blonde Sagacity has THE MUST-READ of the week! Here, she blasts Mitt Romney and has evidence that has not been reported anywhere else. She also says she will NOT pull the lever for him. Like I've said all along, if that idiot is the GOP nominee, may as well vote for Stalin (Obama) because there's not a dime's worth of difference between Joe Stalin and Joe Stalin-lite.

Opinion--To GOP Elitists: If I Wanted Joe Stalin-lite, I'd Be a Democrat

The GOP elitists of the leadership establishment did everything in their power to prevent Sarah Palin from running for President. Thus, to a great degree, the Republican Party elites are responsible for her decision yesterday not to run.
To be sure, I take Palin at her word when she says that she and her husband prayed about it and decided that in their list of priorities, family and God come first. Then, country. She knows that with the vicious and even violent hatred fired in her direction, running would not only be difficult for her but also for her family. She stated that she had to consider the safety and security of her children, who have been threatened by ruthless, amoral Leftwing nutcases.
Thus, I fully understand. I have always loved Sarah Palin, and I always will. And if she ever decides to run in the future, I will be the first in line to ask, "What can I do to help?"
But only an imbecile would deny that the Palin Derangement Syndrome exhibited not only by the Left but also the GOP elitists played a huge role in her decision not to run. Over the past few weeks, the moguls of the Republican Party, their pundits, strategists, and operatives--along with their mouthpieces on Fox, such as Roger Ailes, Bill O'Reilly, Dick Morris, Ann Coulter, Karl Rove, and to some degree Megyn Kelly--have engaged in what at least appeared to be a concerted effort to pressure Palin not to run. And for good measure they engaged in a bit of Palin-bashing of their own.

Well, this one took the wind right out of my sails, I am devastated

Palin said no to running.

I understand why, believe me. She is a mother. What mother in her right mind would want to put their children, not to mention themselves, through the suicidal process of candidacy in modern America, where conservatives are ground up and spit out like a lawn mower? AND where THEIR UNDERAGE CHILDREN ARE DRAGGED THROUGH THE MUD!!

This nation is in deep doo-doo.

The GOP establishment, the elitist Republican leadership, is to blame for this to a great degree, because they joined in the Palin Derangement Syndrome.

So, Karl Rove, Dick Morris, Ed Rollins, Ann Coulter, Bill O'Reilly, and Roger Ailes, among others, can kiss my royal behind (to put it mildly).

Don't even THINK about calling me a Republican anymore. Conservatives--real ones--are not welcome. I am a CONSERVATIVE, a Jeffersonian.

Looks like I will be voting 3rd Party, Independent, or a write-in, provided the candidate meets my criteria on the 10 key issues of importance to conservatives that I have written about extensively at the Examiner.

Politico: GOP Establishment Looks Past Palin

Following yesterday's story concerning the Palin team's checking into filing deadlines in the various states holding GOP presidential primaries, Alexander Burns at Politico writes today that the GOP establishment is looking past the former Alaska Governor, claiming that with the thumbs down Chris Christie gave to the idea of running, the field is 'set.'
One political activist in Nevada went as far as to say this:
“She stirs up a lot of conservatives in the base, but I don’t think conservatives are looking to her as a presidential nominee who can save the conservative movement,” said Chuck Muth, the Nevada-based conservative activist. “What niche in the conservative movement does Sarah Palin fill that’s not already filled by one of the other candidates?”
Burns claims that Palin has worn out the patience of Republican Party leaders who have been waiting for an announcement as to whether or not she's in the race.
However, as reported yesterday, other Party activists are convinced that Palin has been running all along in an unconventional campaign that defies all of the commonly accepted 'wisdom' of the pundits. In fact, the Palin team has gone out of its way to avoid a campaign that is directed by pundits and political strategists, relying instead on Palin's own tried-and-tested natural instincts that have served her well throughout her career.
But the GOP establishment seems to be aligning itself against Palin.
Republican elitists have constantly harped on a poll released Tuesday, conducted by the Washington Post and ABC News, which are not particularly known for accuracy, showing that two-thirds of the GOP voters surveyed do not want Palin to run. Strategist Ed Rollins, veteran GOP insider operative who once worked for Michele Bachmann stated...

Things That Should Not Be Forgotten

I discuss some of those truths here.

BREAKING NEWS--PALN INQUIRES INTO DEADLINES IN EARLY VOTING STATES

Breaking news reported late this afternoon by Politico indicates that the Sarah Palin organization has initiated inquiries into declaration-for-candidacy deadlines in the early-voting states holding GOP primaries.
Ken Vogel and I both have sources telling us that calls were made on behalf of a mystery candidate to various early states to determine presidential filing deadlines.
The calls were made by representatives of the law firm Baker Hostetler - a firm that employs lawyer Mark Braden, who represents Sarah PAC, her political action committee.

Damaging Photos Surface--Obama Campaigns with New Black Panthers

As the Obama Administration reels from revelations of scandal in the Project Gunwalker case, damaging photos have surfaced within the last 24 hours showing Barack Obama campaigning with the New Black Panther Party.
The photos, taken in 2007 during the Presidential campaign, were obtained by Andrew Breitbart and posted on Pamela Geller’s Atlas Shrugs–one of the top blogs in the nation.

Said Geller:

There is no doubt in my mind that this is the reason why Obama's Department of Justice dropped the open and shut case against the Black Panther party when they threatened voters with weapons at Philly voting booths during the presidential election in 2008.

Breaking--Memos Contradict Holder's Testimony on Gunwalker

In a breaking development on the Project Gunwalker scandal (Operation Fast and Furious), CBS News reported moments ago that internal DOJ-ATF memos, emails, and documents contradict Attorney-General Eric Holder's testimony to Congress in which he stated he knew nothing about the illegal operation.
According to CBS News reporter Sharyl Attkisson, Holder received regular briefings on the scheme from the ATF and the National Drug Intelligence Center as far back as July of 2010:

More Evidence that U.S. 'Days of Rage' is a Leftwing, Marxist Trojan Horse

I have been saying all along that the 'Occupy Wall Street' stunt was born and bred within the wicked walls of Leftwing extremist dungeons and bent on destroying capitalism and American freedom. Under the guise of attempting to provide a corrective to big corporate abuses, the 'days of rage' are actually taken directly from the playbook of Bill Ayers who first staged such a stunt in Chicago in 1968.

The only difference between then and now is that the participants are aware that if they are cast as Leftwing extremists, then their Wall Street display will be a dismal failure. They want to appear 'moderate' and broad based. But an internal memo to participants has already blown their cover. This IS about the overthrow of capitalism and the U.S. Government that was prescribed by our Constitution. They admitted it. I have written about this at least twice in my column at the Examiner.

And now we have even more evidence. Demonstrators are now screaming for the reelection of Barack Obama--not surprising, given Obama's long-standing friendship and close association with the unrepentant, homegrown domestic Leftwing terrorist, Bill Ayers.

Yahoo-ABC News Axis Highlights Need for Independent News Outlets

Yahoo and ABC News announced today that they are forming a partnership in which news content, reporting sources, and video production will be mutually shared. The newly-formed axis highlights the need for independent news outlets in an era during which large mainstream media conglomerates are becoming larger and more pervasive, the consequence of which is greater domination of a single editorial point of view, which many say is biased toward Leftwing politics.
Part of the rationale for moving toward more of these mammoth conglomerates is money. It is no secret that the traditional news business in America is in deep trouble. Newspaper subscriptions continue to plummet. The evening news broadcasts by 'the big three'--ABC, CBS, and NBC--continue to lose viewers year to year. And in cable news, Fox is the only outlet that has managed to maintain its gains over the last decade, while CNN, MSNBC, and CNBC have experienced a dreadful decline.
Thus, part of the motivation for forming alliances is sheer survival. ABC News will benefit from Yahoo's money. And Yahoo will benefit, in its view, by positioning itself to produce a world-class news division on the strength of ABC News' long history in the business, as well as its seasoned, veteran reporters.
But the consequence of these alliances is that the bias of the mainstream media spreads to younger Internet companies such as Yahoo. And the trend is growing.

U.S.'Days of Rage' Heat Up in NYC

Police are clashing with protesters in New York City as the so-called 'days of rage' heat up. The protesters are part of a movement aimed at disrupting the major financial centers of the country, particularly Wall Street. Bank of America is one of the stated targets due to its standing as the largest bank in the nation.
In a tense confrontation on the Brooklyn Bridge yesterday, protesters clashed with New York City police officers who attempted to prevent the mob from marching across the bridge, which is currently undergoing a major overhaul. At least 700 protesters were arrested for disorderly conduct.
The mob was heard screaming obscenities at police and at times threatening violence against 'perpetrators of corporate greed,' in reference to large Wall Street banks that hold much of the debt with which many Americans are saddled.
In a display showing solidarity with the protesters, actress Roseanne Barr took to the airwaves claiming that bankers and 'the rich' who refuse to give up their wealth should be beheaded.
