U.S.'Days of Rage' Heat Up in NYC

Police are clashing with protesters in New York City as the so-called 'days of rage' heat up. The protesters are part of a movement aimed at disrupting the major financial centers of the country, particularly Wall Street. Bank of America is one of the stated targets due to its standing as the largest bank in the nation.
In a tense confrontation on the Brooklyn Bridge yesterday, protesters clashed with New York City police officers who attempted to prevent the mob from marching across the bridge, which is currently undergoing a major overhaul. At least 700 protesters were arrested for disorderly conduct.
The mob was heard screaming obscenities at police and at times threatening violence against 'perpetrators of corporate greed,' in reference to large Wall Street banks that hold much of the debt with which many Americans are saddled.
In a display showing solidarity with the protesters, actress Roseanne Barr took to the airwaves claiming that bankers and 'the rich' who refuse to give up their wealth should be beheaded.
