Make no mistake about it, many patriotic Americans have no intention of being compliant with laws, directives, and programs initiated during a possible Barack Obama administration.
This is no knee-jerk reaction, no hot-headed racist blather from hayseeds, no irrational musings from the paranoid, but the logical sequence of behaviors by those who still believe in the idea of liberty as encapsulated by the Founders in the U.S. Constitution.
And, since I have been designated as part of the 'angry mob against Obama,' I thought it would be appropriate to verbalize some of my calm, rational thoughts from the non-compliant sector of society.
First, let it be made crystal clear that tens of thousands, if not millions of Americans will be so thoroughly disgusted by the fact that an outright neo-Communist was elected to the White House that civil disobedience will become commonplace.
In the past, this action seemed to be reserved for those liberals who wished to overthrow the capitalism inherent in the U.S. Government. Today, however, civil disobedience will be embraced by those who love personal, individual liberty so much that they will dare to refuse to comply with the neo-Communist concepts espoused by Barack Obama and his supporters in Congress.
Two, some of these among the non-compliant may well refuse to pay taxes in protest, including some small business owners. Those who feel they cannot follow this course of action should not be singled out as 'turncoats,' for this decision is an ominous one that could land such persons in jail. This is a very personal decision made only after counting the cost soberly.
But even if we feel we cannot engage in this form of civil disobedience, we must lend our support in any way we can to those who put their all on the line in defense of liberty. This is a MUST.
Beyond these two principles, here is a list of some things ALL of us can do to express our outrage in the event that Obama is elected or the Democrats increase their majorities in the Congress, or both:
1. On Inauguration Day and afterward, we can inundate the White House and the offices of our Senators and Representatives with phone calls expressing our intent to oppose each and every proposal put forth by Barack Obama or a veto-proof liberal Congress. This tactic must be a permanent fact of everyday life and not just short term. We must keep the pressure on them each and every single day.
2. We can write letters on a regular basis to Senators, Governors, Representatives, and other government officials expressing our opposition to the Obama agenda. This, too, must be a regular, permanent tactic.
3. We can inundate newspapers with letters to the editor expressing opposition to Obama proposals...refraining from attacking but stating clearly and rationally why we oppose those proposals.
4. We can get involved with local politics, from the ground up, if we have not done so already. Lethargy on the part of mainstream America may be the very thing that ruins this country. We are about to lose our liberties. Our inaction will be partly to blame. We MUST change that now.
5. Between now and Inauguration Day purchase your tools...as many as you can. This may be the last time you and I as free citizens can exercise our Second Amendment rights in this country by buying firearms. If money is an issue, remember that $300 can purchase all you need if you know where to look.
6. Absolutely, positively refuse to turn over personal guns in the event of confiscation. This is OUR property, not theirs.
7. Join a conservative religious group that is not a part of the National Council of Churches or the World Council of Churches. These 2 organizations are full of Marxists. Conservative religious groups have some of the most stalwart advocates for personal rights and liberties anywhere. And beyond that, the message you hear might do you good.
8. If you can, pull your children-grandchildren out of the public school system. Find a school that teaches the principles of liberty, or decide to homeschool. The public school system in this country will become nothing more than a tool in the hands of Barack Obama to indoctrinate young minds in the ways of extremists like Bill Ayers.
9. Get out of debt as fast as you can. Tear up credit cards. Do your transactions with cash. Withdraw funds from banks and put the money in your personal safe. You can even take this further if you wish, withdrawing investments and stashing the money yourself in your safe. Pay yourself first. There really is no better way to force government and the new monopolistic banking system to deal with our displeasure than to hit them in the pocket book.
10. Make a list of like-minded persons who believe in the Constitution, the vision of the Founders, and the Bill of Rights. Make sure they are registered to vote. Get them to the polls in the next election. Become a free taxi service for the elderly, the frail, the sick--anyone who is like-minded but who cannot get to the polls on their own.
In short, as soon as the Election is over on November 4, begin laying the groundwork for the Congressional elections in 2010 and the Presidential election in 2012. The nation will be wrecked to pieces by the crowd getting ready to come to power this year . We must be ready to step up and step in to clean up the mess in 2010 and 2012.

Mr. Obama, Where is That in the Constitution?
When asked a question about the subject from a member of the audience in the debate Tuesday night, Barack Obama stated that 'health care is a right.'
Methinks Barack has caught 'John Edwards' disease'--that dreaded malady that leads politicians who should know better to claim that things such as having Internet access, automatic U.S. citizenship, and health care are inherent, basic human rights.
Edwards declared back during the primaries that gun rights, for example, do not constitute a 'right,' but that having access to the Internet is such a right. He also claimed that every human being has the basic right to U.S. citizenship.
Funny that Edwards totally ignored the Constitution, which specifically states that gun rights are necessary to a free society. I suppose all of those other supposed 'rights' he mentioned are written in invisible ink, along with the part that says committing infanticide is a basic right because of 'right to privacy.'
The thing that makes this even more unacceptable is that both Edwards and Obama are lawyers--trained in some of the top law schools in the country. In short, they should know better.
Mr. Obama, where in the Constitution does it state that having health care is a basic human right?
The first 10 amendments to the U.S. Constitution are commonly known as 'the Bill of Rights' because they delineate the basic liberties individual citizens have in a free society.
The words 'freedom' and 'liberty' carry the connotation that individuals are set loose from government oppression and bondage. Thus, we have the 'right' to free speech rather than suppressed speech. We have the right to practice our religion openly and without government interference. We have the right to a Press that is free from the shackles of a government that only wants certain things reported to the citizens.
In other words, these basic individual rights do not require that our fellow citizens give anything up, nor do they imply that government 'grants' or 'gives' these rights at some expense that the government must tax the citizens to pay for. To the contrary, these rights cost society nothing. Our fellow citizens pay nothing in order for us to have them.
These rights are inherent to being human. They are God-given. Government can only recognize and protect these rights, or suppress them.
To place healthcare in this category does a great disservice to the terms 'liberty' and 'freedom.' We are already free to pursue healthcare in a variety of ways. But to say it is an inherent right means that the citizens must pay for someone else to be given their healthcare. None of our basic inherent rights cost others in this manner. You are not charged a tax on your income in order for me to be able to speak my mind freely.
Thus, healthcare in no way denotes freedom of any kind. It is a service that somebody must pay for. And if the individual does not pay for it, then his/her fellow citizens must pay for this service if we believe that all human beings should have it.
Government must then confiscate the money I earn from hard work, sweat, and sometimes pain, in order to pay for the healthcare of those who either choose not to go out and seek it for themselves or cannot do so because of some limitation.
We have safeguards in place for those with such limitations.
But for society to mandate a service be given to all citizens has nothing to do with rights. It is another social program designed by government to provide a service at a cost to the taxpayers.
And even then, it is a big mistake to assume that everyone in such a society will automatically be given healthcare. In nations where the government owns and operates the healthcare system and assumes that healthcare is a 'right,' rationing takes place due to the sheer overload. The demand far outweighs society's ability to pay. Thus, somebody, somewhere, is still going to get shortchanged because decisions are then made as to who is 'most worthy' to receive care based upon some pre-set criteria.
In Canada and the U.K., for example, you may be deemed too old or too sick to receive a heart by-pass, or a pacemaker, or even an artificial hip. Even in the event you are deemed worthy of the care, you may have to wait 10 months or longer to get much-needed surgery.
It is therefore correct to surmise that even in those nations that claim healthcare should be given to all as a basic right, in practice it never happens. It is impossible for it to happen. The reason is m-o-n-e-y. Even in the most Socialist of countries, money is not an infinite commodity. The care that is given is limited by the amount of money available to the government from the citizens. If that money dries up, even the government doesn't have the means to take care of every single citizen, as many have discovered to their shock in Europe.
Even under normal conditions those governments do not have the money to care for every single citizen.
For these reasons the notion of 'free healthcare' or 'the right to healthcare' is based upon a false premise. There is no such thing. We already live in a society where individuals are free to pursue and obtain their care either by purchasing it, getting a job where the employer purchases it, or by relying on various government and community programs to help if they cannot afford it.
But to claim that a service that costs megabucks is a 'right' is simply the height of ignorance.
It is for this reason that Obama is just as ignorant about the Constitution as his running mate Joe Biden, and their ex-rival for the Democratic nomination, John Edwards.

Petition to Impeach Sen. Barack Obama, D-Chicago
Yes, my friends, the Constitution contains a provision to remove Senators and Representatives from office without a vote from their constituents. Just as Presidents can be impeached, so can Senators and Congressmen.
A petition is being circulated to call for the impeachment of Senator Barack Obama on charges of high corruption in office.
Not only is the Illinois junior Senator from Chicago, but his style of governing has more than fit the profile for the typical corrupt Chicago politician, complete with shady dealings with shadowy gangster-type figures, leftwing ministers who preach 'God damn America,' and even those with known connections to terrorists.
The petition spells out in detail all of the problems associated with a Barack Obama candidacy for President, not to mention that he is unfit to even serve as a U.S. Senator.

'Muslims for Obama' Seeks to Impose Sharia Law
A group that calls itself 'Muslims for Obama' is calling for the passage of laws in the U.S. that impose Sharia on American culture, according to the website Muslims Against Sharia.
While the group stops short of calling for imposing the full force and letter of Sharia law, the laws the group wants to implement would be a form of Sharia law, or 'Sharia light,' which would make drastic accommodations for American Muslims that are not made for any other religious group.
For example, 'Muslims for Obama' wants a federal law that requires employers to give Muslim employees time off on Fridays for 'Jummah Prayer.'
In addition, they want laws requiring prayer areas for 'Jummah' or 'Salah' in public and private buildings such as airports, government offices, shopping malls, and universities.
They also want their religious holidays made into national holidays recognized by the U.S. Government, with time off from work provided. They want provision for special Halal meals to be offered in public schools, federal buildings, and colleges. They want laws preventing any perceived 'harassment' of Muslim women who wear Hijab in public areas such as airports, the DMV, etc.
And last but not least, they want a special committee of Muslim Americans to make recommendations concerning U.S. foreign policy.
It should not escape our attention that the group considers Democratic Presidential candidate Barack Obama sympathetic to their cause.
This is not simply a group of Muslims who support Obama. This is a group with an agenda, an agenda which they see as having a chance of being implemented if Barack Obama is elected President of the United States.
For this reason, Muslims Against Sharia denounces 'Muslims for Obama' and suggests that if it is Sharia law they want, there are plenty of places outside the U.S. that have exactly what they're looking for.
True. But then, leaving would not be following the script. It is revolution they want--change. And if their ideas are implemented, then change will surely result, that's for sure.
Perhaps now we can begin to see a bit more clearly what, exactly, Obama means when he keeps uttering the word 'change' without actually describing the type of change he has in mind.

The Tipping Point May Be Closer Than You Think
All it would take for America to lose its hard-fought liberties as embodied in the Bill of Rights as applied to ALL citizens is two terms of Barack Obama along with a Democrat majority in Congress.
In less than 8 years the U.S. would become like Canada, Great Britain, and other so-called 'free countries' in the West that have disarmed their citizens and thrown people in jail for speaking their minds...unless their speech is approved by the 'pc speech and thought police.'
Canada even has the Nazi-like silencing of free speech down to an art through so-called 'human rights tribunals' that really have nothing to do with protecting human rights but persecuting and prosecuting citizens who speak an unpopular message that 'offends' certain minority sectors of society.
This is the ugly, hidden truth of modern-day liberalism. In the name of supposedly 'being open and accepting of all' liberals would dismantle the rights of citizens to say anything at all that anyone, anywhere would find offensive--that is, if the offended parties happen to be Muslim, gay, Leftist, or environmentalist extremist.
But the rest of us can simply go to hell.
Hence, Nancy Pelosi wants to bring back 'the fairness doctrine' so that she can be unfair to conservatives in the name of fairness.
With a majority in both houses of Congress, and with Barack Obama in the White House, you can rest assured that the Democrats will not stop until Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Glenn Beck and others are forced off the air. The politically correct movement will have a field day with such lunacy as equating those who believe the global warming theory is faulty science with 'Holocaust deniers.'
And don't forget the gun issue. No matter what the Supreme Court decided on Heller, two terms of Obama with a Democratic Congress will not only change the makeup of the Court but insure that gun bans are brought back full force.
My friends, this is why we may be nearing 'the tipping point.' Those who believe in the Bill of Rights for each individual citizen must get ready. If the potential scenario I have portrayed becomes reality, then it will be time to invoke Jefferson's reset button.
It's later than you think.

Dobson Blasts Obama on Bible, Constitution
Evangelical Christian leader Dr. James Dobson, the pediatrician whose radio program reaches millions of people across the nation, has taken to task Democratic Presidential candidate Barack Obama over his views on the Bible and the U.S. Constitution.
Dobson forwarded to the Press advanced copies of the remarks he plans to broadcast on Tuesday's edition of 'Focus on the Family.'
Of particular concern to Dobson are Obama's unorthodox views of scripture, which Dobson contends leads him to a faulty interpretation of the U.S. Constitution.
At issue are Obama's views on abortion and his rather curious statements on the teachings of Jesus and the dietary rules found in the Book of Leviticus in the Bible.

Can you say 'goo-goo-gaa-gaa-ma-ma-da-da-o-bama'? Sheesh. This is so typical of the Leftist mainstream media. Michelle Malkin has the story of how the media's collective tongue is hanging out over the Obamessiah:
http://michellemalkin.com/2008/05/09/breaking-news-video-journalists-ogle-obama/
Malkin also reports that Bush has slipped into a war spending bill a billion-dollar initiative to help MEXICO close up it's SOUTHERN BORDER, although he has consistently refused to secure OUR southern border! This is the first time I have had these feelings about the President, and I hate to be disrespectful, but he is an asshole:

The Bastard (Michael Bloomberg) has asked a judge to disallow any reference to the 2nd Amendment in a trial on guns in New York City...what a freakin' outrage!:

Squeaky also reports that the women of Code Pink--the extremist, Leftist, Commie, anti-military, subversive group--are beginning to use witchcraft, yep, you read that right, witchcraft, to stop the War in Iraq:

This, my friends, is ominous. The country may be getting ready to elect to the Presidency a man whose views on the Constitution and the Courts are nothing short of frightening. The Volokh Conspiracy has two posts on the subject, here:
http://volokh.com/archives/archive_2008_05_04-2008_05_10.shtml#1210345761
And here (this one contains his most chilling statements of all):
