Although the vast majority of the Democrats in the U.S. House Representatives marched in lockstep to the directives of San Fran Nan and Barack Obama, eleven brave souls joined Republicans in opposing the massive stimulus package backed by Obama and the House Democratic leadership.
Here are the names of these eleven brave, patriotic Democrats: Griffith, Peterson, Boyd, Bright, Kanjorski, Kratovil, Cooper, Taylor, Ellsworth, Minnick, and Shuler. (H/t to Michelle Malkin).
Not a single Republican in the House voted in favor of this shameful thievery of taxpayers' money.
Thus, this is the Democrats' baby. They will have to accept total blame for the carnage to follow.

From the people I have talked with recently, I get the impression that those who voted for THE KING and those who wanted to make a point and voted for candidate who didnt have a snowballs chance in heck of making it are now beginning to see the mistake they made and wish they had voted for the BIGMAC.Unfortunately we are stuck and it looks like things are going to get a lot worse.
Well, C4, don't look now, but it appears that 'Big Mac' is going to for FOR the stimulus package in the Senate. I will be very surprised if he doesn't...
Not a dime's difference between them. It truly didn't matter this time.
Well, in my view, I think we have to remember that there were Repubs who voted against both of the bailout measures that have been presented--the Bush AND the Obama plans.
