SCOTUS: Petition Denied in Presidential Eligibility Case
This morning the U.S. Supreme Court denied the petition to the hear the case on Presidential eligibility in Kershner v. Obama.
Conservative Examiner has the complete story, including speculation as to why SCOTUS refuses to settle questions concerning the Constitutional requirement that a President be a 'natural born citizen.'
This means that in order for the Court to reach a conclusion, Obama's records would have to be unsealed, and the information on his family heritage may lead to a decision many Americans would refuse to accept, leading to violence in the streets. A cowardly move.

SCOTUS Confers on Presidential Eligibility; Ruling Could Be This Week
Not much about this in the mainstream media, but I thought it was newsworthy.
Read my story at Conservative Examiner on this case before the Supreme Court.
This case is unique in that out of the various suits questioning Obama's eligibility, this is the only one that focuses on 'the Vattel Theory,' which describes the view the Framers apparently accepted as the correct definition of 'natural-born citizen.'

National TSA Opt-Out Day is Tomorrow
TSA agents 'feeling up' Grannie? Here's how to protest.
Tomorrow is the day millions of citizens plan to opt out of the TSA scanners in protest to the government oppression represented by the TSA's violations of the 4th Amendment.
Conservative Examiner reports.
To send this government and terribly misguided citizens a message about this outrageous government intrusion, patriots plan to bring travel to a screeching halt tomorrow, or cause lengthy delays by refusing to go through the scanners and opting instead for a pat-down. Time to get down to the nitty gritty, Patriots! Better yet, stop flying altogether. Hit 'em in the pocketbook.

All guns and politics, from the best gun rights-and-liberty bloggers on the Internet!
David Codrea reports an important news story about an appeal made to New Jersey Governor Chris Christie to grant clemency to a gun owner who was imprisoned due to a violation of some lamebrained gun control law aimed at making criminals out of ordinary citizens who exercise their rights.
Vanderboegh points to a piece that names the ignoramus 19 Senators who voted to censor the Internet, one of which is that scumbag RINO Lindsey Graham of South Carolina.
Kurt Hofmann has a story that should make your blood boil. A college president was caught lying about concealed carry, and of course, the media is covering for him. Vermin.

Here is Brigid's first post at the Confederate Yankee.
Mike McCarville identifies the person responsible for running Sharron Angle's campaign in Arizona--a person who made some terribly fatal mistakes to Angle's candidacy. In Senate campaigns, personnel behind the scenes can ruin it all, or they can be geniuses. Gotta make sure the right person is in the post.

Alphecca notes that there is proof in Virginia that crime declines when illegal alien laws are enforced.
Around O-Town says that there is a website that discusses opting out of the TSA scanners. Take a look.
Market Guru Karl Denninger has an explosive piece on dark shenanigans revolving around banks, including possible murder! Read it all.
Way Up North provides some reading for 'rainy days and Mondays.'

From Nicki at the Liberty Zone: 'Please touch that junk!'
Every Blade of Grass reminds us that it's important to 'know your enemy!'
Dark Blog has a most interesting post pointing to the fact that a TSA agent committed legally-defined sexual assault! More evidence of the outrageous assault on liberty by the TSA.
You won't believe what Pamela Geller has uncovered concerning the Ground Zero Mosque in NYC!! READ IT!
In case you haven't seen it, photographer Oleg Volk designed a logo for the TSA that perfectly captures the modus operandi of the organization at present.

Deafening Silence: MSM Fails to Report Explosive Obama Scandal
I hear crickets chirping.
Where are they? By 'they' I mean the mainstream media, which at this point, should be all over a story concerning an ever-broadening scandal involving the Justice Department and the Obama White House.
My new video and commentary on the silence of the MSM can be found at Conservative Examiner.
3 days ago I predicted that news of a major scandal at the DOJ and the WH would be reported in some media outlets. That turned out to be 100% correct. But so far, the mainstream media has refused to report it. WHY?!
