Experts Say Missile Fired off of West Coast was Chinese

2 military experts say that the missile fired off the California coast on November 8 came from a Chinese submarine submerged in U.S. waters.

Obama and the military claim it was the contrail of a 'jetliner.'  Yet the FAA says there were NO PLANES in that area at the time.
