Google Blacklists Geller's Atlas Shrugs
In the spirit of the free exchange of information, free speech, and freedom of the press, it is necessary that I inform you, the reader, of the latest attempts by Google to silence politically incorrect dissent.
Pamela Geller's Atlas Shrugs has been blacklisted by Google.
Until a few days ago, if one entered into the Google search engine the subject matter of one of Geller's stories, Atlas Shrugs would be at the very top of the list of blogs that had done work on that particular subject.
As one of the top blogs in the nation, Atlas Shrugs would get thousands of visits through Google. Many of these readers had never heard of Geller or Atlas Shrugs, but because the topic they placed in the Google search engine would likely yield a result with Atlas Shrugs at the top of the list, Geller would receive many new readers.
Suddenly and without explanation or forewarning, Google blocked access to Atlas Shrugs when one is searching for a blog post on a particular topic of interest.
Readers can still find Atlas on Google if they type in 'Atlas Shrugs' or 'Pamela Geller,' but new readers would have no way of knowing to type this.
As most serious bloggers know, new readers are often found by being at the top or near the top of search engine results when a reader types in a topic on which we have written.
For example, when one types 'Second Amendment' in the Google search bar, one is likely to find blogs such as The War on Guns, Say Uncle, Snow Flakes in Hell, or hopefully The Liberty Sphere, among others. This is one way we gain new readers.
These new readers had never heard of our blogs before, but because our blogs were at or near the top of the search engine results when one wanted to read something on the Second Amendment, we gained new readers.
But if Google blacklists you as they did Geller, your blog would be automatically blocked from readers searching for information on the Second Amendment.
This is a travesty of liberty, free speech, the free exchange of information, and the freedom of the press. Geller believes that Google's action is politically motivated due to her relentless pursuit and publication of information on Barack Obama that the mainstream media refused to cover.
And, as you will see when you read her post on this matter, Google has been very cozy with Obama. And we all know what Obama thinks about news sources that place him in a negative light.
We also know what Google will do to free speech if money is at stake, such as with their deal with the ChiComs to squelch the free exchange of information via the Internet in exchange for being allowed to do business in China.

Due to the fact that the mainstream media has failed to do its job in providing much-needed information to the public concerning Barack Obama, at least one blogger decided to take matters into her own hands when it comes to informing Jews of the dangers Obama poses to them.

PAMELA GELLER RESPONDS TO ATTACKS
Almost from its inception, The Liberty Sphere blog has consistently linked to news alerts concerning the Jihad and the War on Terror, as provided by Pamela Geller at Atlas Shrugs--one of the top blogs in the nation.
Atlas Shrugs has been an invaluable source of information concerning the fight for the survival of the West. And Geller has proven herself to be a valiant and courageous soldier in this fight.
As with all who are willing to put their very lives on the line for the cause of truth, justice, and liberty, Geller has not been without her share of detractors and critics, which unfortunately include those who see her as such a threat to their subversive and dangerous agenda that they resort to personal attacks, smears, lawsuits, and even death threats.
This is to be expected given that the Jihadists and their sympathizers do not wish for the truth to be told and would love to see the public kept in the dark. An uninformed public is a sitting duck for the attacks of those who wish to destroy not only the fabric of freedom but the very existence of our country and way of life.
Thus, one thing should be made crystal clear--Pamela Geller is not a 'terrorist' simply because she fights terrorism with a passion that scares the true terrorists. She does not run a 'hate site' simply because she blogs about the twisted, insidious, and deadly world-view of Islamic extremists.
Some of those who make such charges brought their blather to this very blog in the comments section of an earlier post. Pamela Geller was kind and gracious enough to come here and give a direct response.
That response was important enough that I thought it merited a whole post unto itself.
Here is what Geller had to say about her beliefs, her goals, her objectives, and her heart:

This is why there is a permanent link to the blog on the left sidebar. And this is why I was honored to have Pamela Geller come here to make a straightforward, clear statement of what motivates her to engage in this battle.
Make no mistake about it, Islamofascisim is a major threat to the freedom of speech, freedom of the Press, freedom of religion, and every other liberty associated with free societies. This is why Canada and much of Europe has succumbed to the dire and ominous moves to place restrictions on freedom of speech.
In nearly every instance, Islamofascism is the shadow-force behind the scenes that drives these restrictions on human liberty. Extremists under the guise of being 'moderate Muslims,' for example, were behind the trial of Mark Steyn and Mclean's Magazine in British Columbia.
For sure, there are many moderate Muslims in the world. But simply because someone says they are moderate does not necessarily make them moderate.

Geller Exposes the Obama Fraud
If there is one thing we have learned about Barack Obama over the past year, it is that he will say and do practically anything to get elected.
In Pennsylvania, for example, he tells voters he is pro-gun rights. But then in San Francisco a few days later, he tells a group of liberal elitists that gun-owners in Pennsylvania, Iowa, and other parts of the Midwest are yahoos who cling to their guns and religion out of fear.
Another example. Obama has stated repeatedly that he supports a divided Jerusalem in order to promote peace in the Middle East. Yet when speaking before a group of Jewish voters, he claims that Jerusalem should not be divided.
This is fraud, pure and simple.

Geller Welcomes Sophie Fernandez to Atlas Shrugs
New York (TLS). Pamela Geller (shown above left), founder of the popular blog 'Atlas Shrugs,' has added a new feature to her website, featuring renown French writer Sophie Fernandez (above right).The new feature is entitled, 'Sophie Stateside,' and will feature regular articles by Fernandez.
Sophie Fernandez is French and has quite a story to tell about the gradual difficulty in France of communicating the truth about the spread of terrorist extremism. She also has very real concerns about the loss of the French identity in the push toward globalization and multiculturalism.
Fernandez has written for the influential conservative American publication, The Weekly Standard.

Obama Caught Red-Handed
Washington, DC (TLS). On the campaign trail, Barack Hussein Obama has played a game of deftly tweaking his remarks on the Israeli-Palestinian problem to fit the particular audience he happens to be addressing. On the surface this is no great sin, for it is a tenet of public speaking that the speaker address the issues that are of particular interest to the group that is being addressed.
With Obama, however, the problem goes far beyond that.
Obama has clearly taken two opposite positions. When speaking to a Jewish-friendly crowd, he clearly portrays himself as a friend to Israel. But when addressing Arab-Muslim-Palestinian-friendly audiences, he blatantly takes an anti-Israel stance.

Cho an Islamic Terrorist, Says Virginia Cop

According to a Virginia law enforcement official who has seen the text of the manifesto (which is still being withheld from the public), Cho quotes extensively from the Koran.

Pamela Geller, founder of Atlas Shrugs, has reported that the federal government possesses information indicating that hand-to-hand, urban warfare, perpetrated by Muslim extremists, may be imminent IN THE UNITED STATES. Geller insists that the information is accurate and that her sources disclosed the information on condition of anonymity.
The information reported by Geller seems to be consistent with what The Liberty Sphere has uncovered in our exclusive investigative report into extremist Muslim activity in North Carolina. Our research led us to North Carolina due to the fact that several incidents over the past few years indicate that the state is a fueling center for Jihadists around the world. The Muslim extremists first came to North Carolina in the 1980s and set up shop at the North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in Greensboro. Several of the perpetrators of the 9/11 attacks received their training there.
In addition, several Muslim terrorists were convicted in courts of law due to a money and tobacco laundering scheme that operated out of Charlotte, North Carolina, with ties to Hezbollah and other terrorist organizations around the world. This terror cell in Charlotte raised thousands of dollars which were fed into terrorist operations overseas.
Because these Muslim extremists have been flying under the radar screen for so long in North Carolina, they have had ample time to get a feel for the area, the habits of citizens, the gaps in security, as well as develop a strategy for launching a massive coordinated attack on American citizens right within our own cities.
The young Muslim male of Middle Eastern descent who was caught taking photos and videos of tall buildings in downtown Charlotte is a stark wake-up call to American citizens. They are engaging Iraqi citizens in hand-to-hand urban warfare in Baghdad and other towns.
It could very well be that the terrorists have recognized a weakness in their strategy to bring down large structures within the U.S. Perhaps they plan to implement a follow-up to the shocking attacks on our symbols of finance and power.
