The Examiner has learned that today represents a major deadline in an important Congressional investigation of the IRS scandal. On June 2, 2015 an order was issued by a federal court to provide a full account of the infamous Los Lerner emails which are at the center of a major scandal within the Obama administration. Sworn testimony and other evidence show that the agency involved itself directly in a federal election by slapping groups opposed to Obama with audits and other tactics designed to derail such opposition prior to the 2012 presidential election.
