International sabotage may be source of Obamacare website problems

A special report issued by U.S. intelligence agencies this week indicates that international sabotage may be the source of the Obamacare website problems that have dogged the system since its first day of operation. The agencies urged the Obama administration to check the website for malware after it was disclosed that developers from the former Soviet country of Belarus had helped produce the website.
