Lest anyone misunderstand what this will mean in practical terms, Obamacare is going to be one big killing machine. Forget the death panels. They probably won't be needed except in very large cities where there are high concentrations of sick people. And here is yet another little item that will shock most Americans when they actually put Obamacare to work in their lives. If you go outside "the network" for care, such as traveling out of your county to go 100 miles away to the nearest cancer hospital for chemotherapy, the Obamacare plan will not pay a single dime of that care. Nothing. Zilch.
