The amnesty bill that received overwhelming approval in the U.S. Senate is dead on arrival as it makes its way to the U.S. House of Representatives.
U.S. Rep. Tom Cotton, R-Ark., told Hugh Hewitt that any bill passed by the Senate that does not specify that the border be secured first, along with the completion of the border fence, will be overwhelmingly rejected by House Republicans.
The bill passed by the Democrat controlled Senate does not mandate border security nor the fence as a prerequisite for further immigration reform.
