With so many scandals beginning to plague the Obama administration in recent days, some citizens may wonder, along with Hillary Clinton, what does it matter? What difference does it make?

But when viewed within the context of a free society, a Constitutional republic that guarantees the protection of certain rights, the seriousness and gravity of the current avalanche of scandals come into clear focus.
