A forum conducted by government officials and law enforcement concerning gun rights turned combative as citizens angrily confronted the officials over what they perceive as a frontal attack on their Second Amendment rights.
But the confrontation did not take place in areas one might associate with such defiance, such as Texas, Alaska, Wyoming, Arizona, or Utah. The combative exchange took place in Buffalo, N.Y. And the issue was the new gun and ammo bans the state legislature approved with the blessing of Gov. Andrew Cuomo.
