Congressmen invite Chick-fil-A to open restaurants in their districts

In a move designed to counter the suggestion by the mayors of Boston, Chicago, and San Francisco that the Chick-fil-A restaurant chain be disallowed from locating in their cities, a group of congressmen drafted a letter to the chain Friday, inviting Chick-fil-A to open restaurants in their districts.

The mayors in question suggested that Chick-fil-A is not welcome in their cities due to statements made by the company's president Dan Cathy that he supports the "Biblical view of marriage" between and man and a woman.
