Holder says nobody lied; Congress isn't buying it

In a hearing today of the House Judiciary Committee, Attorney-General Eric Holder claims that 'nobody lied' when it comes to information the Department of Justice provided to Congress on Operation Fast and Furious, or Project Gunwalker. But Congress does not appear to be buying Holder's contention that the erroneous information provided was done without the intent to mislead.
When pressed by Congressman Jim Sensenbrenner, R-Wisconsin, on the difference between lying and providing false information, Holder responded that it was all in one's 'state of mind.'
At issue is an official letter sent by the Department of Justice to Congress on Feb. 4 of this year stating that nobody at Justice knew of any program involving the illegal sale of firearms to straw purchasers, nor of the fact that these weapons were walked across the border and placed into the hands of the Mexican drug cartels.
