Kagan recuses herself from key cases

The new session of the U.S. Supreme Court begins today.

Already, Elena Kagan has recused herself from 25 cases in which she represented the Obama Administration.

Obama-enabler Patrick Leahy, D-Vermont, has already introduced a scheme to allow a 'packing' of the court in order to prevent a tie vote in cases where a Supreme Court judge has recused himself.
