What a mess! No wonder California is in bankruptcy.
The scandal that Jerry Brown and Gloria Allred hoped would sink Meg Whitman is coming back to haunt Allred in particular. Read all about it at Conservative Examiner.
And as for Barbara Boxer? Among the Marxists to be sent home for good, Boxer ranks near the top of the putrid pack.

Conservative Examiner reports.
It seems our geniuses in the Federal Government have done it again. A new office complex with no parking, no roads, no access, no D.C. bus or rail service. Yet another billion dollars down the drain.

IF JOBLESSNESS IS AS BAD AS THE DEPRESSION, WHY ARE THERE NO BREAD LINES?
If one believes, as I do, that the actual present rate of unemployment is as bad or worse than the Great Depression of the 1930s, then why are there no long bread lines and human suffering in the streets?
Conservative Examiner offers some observations and 2 easy answers to the question.
Yes, my friends, it is worse than we think, but the depth of our plight is masked by 2 key factors.

Will she hold to that? Conservative Examiner has the story.
Obama-enabler Patrick Leahy, D-Vermont, has already introduced a scheme to allow a 'packing' of the court in order to prevent a tie vote in cases where a Supreme Court judge has recused himself.

A Special Message from Senator Jim DeMint
Here is a special message from Jim DeMint, R-SC--a consistent, principled conservative.
This is an important message to all who wish to reclaim the House and Senate from the Marxist minions of Barack Obama, who have approved his unconstitutional programs without flinching. And Conservative Examiner has it.
Yes, we must take back Congress in 2010 with overwhelming majorities, but we must do it by electing principled conservatives, not RINOS who compromise with Marxists!

Second Amendment News Roundup for 10/1/2010
All guns and politics, from the best gun rights-and-liberty bloggers on the Internet!
David Codrea reports that Gun Owners of America has released its 2010 candidate grades. THIS is the list to look for on the candidates because the GOA's rating system on gun rights is much more strict than the NRA's.
Vanderboegh has a photo and commentary that depicts one of the reasons I like Southern women. Be sure to click on the photo to enlarge it.
WRSA pleads with readers to ponder over what is suggested in the piece to which he links, and then to follow up by following the advice provided therein. Either that, or, 2012 will be 'welcome to hell.'
CLO reports the stunning news that Colorado has tossed its own Constitution.
Billy Beck has a MUST-read entitled, 'Face-Crime.'
Brigid provides the 'special of the day.'
Way Up North asks if conservatives are 'going Galt.'
The Stiletto posts some interesting follow-up comments on a number of issues raised in previous posts.
Alphecca notes that Larry Pratt of the GOA says that if you own a gun, the last thing you want to do is see a psychiatrist. The gub'mint snoops are too ready to pounce on any reason possible to grab your gun. And 'receiving mental health treatment' is a sure-fire way to get your guns confiscated.
Mike McCarville reports that with only a month to go until the November midterm elections, the GOP is gaining strength.
Oleg Volk provides one of his latest works of gun-rights photography that contains an important message about government brainwashing.
The Ol' Broad blesses us with the political cartoon of the day, entitled, 'Hope 'n Change.' Enjoy...

ObamaCare law leading to severe doctor shortages
The consequences of ObamaCare are already kicking in as the introductory phase of the plan went into effect 2 weeks ago. And already, patients are reporting significantly longer waiting periods to see specialists, and the elderly are reporting drastic increases in their Medicare supplement premiums, coupled with a reduction in coverage.
This story is reported today by Conservative Examiner.
But more is on the way as a major trainwreck is predicted by medical experts who say that doctor shortages will only get more severe, leaving millions of citizens with 'government provided coverage' but no physician to provide the care.

Special Notice to The Liberty Sphere Readers
The comment option on this blog has been temporarily disabled. This will force the Obama-trolls who are constantly harassing me and engaging in cyber-bullying to contact me directly by email rather than on this forum anonymously..
This will allow law enforcement to track the identities of the perpetrators.
You may or may not know that a massive counter-offensive against the Leftwing trolls has been launched by a significant group of conservative activists. We are through playing and being on the defensive. We are going on the offense, including involving law enforcement agencies, from the state all the up through the feds, to trace, identify, and apprehend these thugs who intimidate, threaten, issue death threats, and threaten to rape women and children in the conservative and Tea Party movement.
We intend to smoke them out of their cowardly anonymity, and force them into the open. We are serious about this offensive, and there will be much more to come in the courts.
Thank-you for your understanding. Most of my regular readers know how to contact me by email. It's on the blog if you look for it. You are welcome to comment there. Thanks.
