I have some pretty strong, salty language for vermin in politics who say one thing and do another, but I think I'll pass this time and defer to Brigid at Home on the Range, who puts it in a much more civil fashion.
She hits the nail on the head.
You cannot be honest about supporting the 2nd Amendment if you vote for such bans. This is like supporters of Mitt Romney claiming he supports gun rights but with so-called 'reasonable restrictions and controls.'
Do what? What is it about 'inalienable right' that Romneyites can't seem to grasp?

I live in Utah where Mitt Romney is almost deified. I ask, what about the issues the issues that concern Utahns the most including abortion, homosexual marriage, and gun control? Romney's history is on the wrong side of those issues. He says he's changed. Maybe so, but remember that he's a politician with no proven track record on God's side of those issues. That said, he's certainly no worse than any other RINO. And, he might better than the impostor who currently resides in the Whitehouse.
I get so sick of politicians, and the NRA when they say one thing, and then just turn around and do the exact opposite.
