Anyone who values the Constitution and the Bill of Rights should be VERY concerned about what we have just learned concerning Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan and what she did while Dean of the Harvard Law School.

This is clear proof of the nominee's cavalier attitude toward the U.S. Constitution! And it should be an outrage!
