Electric Cars in our Future?

Apparently not for many more years to come.

In addition, despite the ignorance and/or deliberate deflection of environmentalists who push electric vehicles, you need oil to generate sufficient amounts of electricity for our power needs in America--including that used by electric vehicles.

This is not to mention the fact that North America sits on some of the riches oil fields on the planet, fields that we are unable to tap due to the restrictive laws enacted at the prompting of the idiotic environmental extremists.
