HEALTHCARE SHOWDOWN--Obama Threatens GOP

In a stunning display of complete callousness toward 'bipartisanship' and the American people as a whole, Barack Obama submitted a tweaked version of ObamaCare this morning and threatened the GOP that if they filibuster to block it, the Democrats will use 'reconciliation' to approve the measure with only 51 votes rather than the normal 60 votes needed to pass.

Conservative Examiner has the complete story, with links, and hard-hitting commentary on this development.

The 'game' is on, folks. Get ready.

I heard today the only bipartinship was between obammy and the demoncraps. He certanly hasn't shown any reason for the republicians to met with him and I hope they don't. I am writing to both my senators from Alabama and am planing to encourage them to stay out of this mess. The only healthcare revisions we need,IMHO, are to knock down the barriers to portability and preexisting illnesses, and to allow for companies to sell across state lines like every other business in These United States.
