Michelle Malkin says that it's time to gear up and fight the gov't bailout of the Big 3 automakers. Senator Richard Shelby, R-Alabama, is at the forefront of the fight in the Senate, threatening a filibuster.
As I wrote yesterday, I don't think now is the time to use the filibuster, but I am glad to see some sanity among the GOP...along with the guts to fight the good fight against socialism.
Despite what anyone thinks about the matter, the bailout WILL come with the stipulation that Washington gets to dictate to the Big 3 what to build (no matter what the public is buying), and how to operate their business.
This absolutely, positively has no place in a free society.
