South Carolina Pulls Upset Over Ole Miss

The Gamecocks of the University of South Carolina managed an upset victory over Ole Miss in an SEC game this afternoon, which was played in Oxford, Mississippi.

The final score was 31-24 as the Gamecocks move to 4-2 on the season.

South Carolina was finally able to get its defense together as quarterback Chris Smelley displayed his strongest showing so far this year.

The Gamecocks travel to Kentucky to face the Wildcats next Saturday in another major SEC game.
