Focusing on guns, politics, and news of interest, here is today's Second Amendment News Roundup:

The Volokh Conspiracy takes a second look at the effects of the D.C. gun ban.

The Buckeye Firearms Association has great news today. A pro-gun journalist has started a pro-gun publishing company. Buckeye has also posted a book review of 400 Years of Gun Control--Why It Isn't Working.

The NRA has good news. The Florida AG is taking complaints of rights violations under the new gun law.

Michelle Malkin reports that Commisar Nancy Pelosi's bitter words on energy are coming back to haunt her. In adddition, Malkin says that Barack 'I Am Hollywood's Big Man on Campus' Obama has admitted he made a mistake with the 'Access Hollywood' appearance.
