SHOCKING NEW SCANDAL AT ACORN

Folks, it is beginning to look like my suspicions, which I voiced last November concerning the results of the 2008 Presidential election, may be confirmed.

A shocking new scandal has been uncovered at ACORN involving the organization's practice of discarding Republican voter registration forms. This was being done even as the group loaded up the Democratic side of the registrations, often using phony names or the names of the deceased.

My favorite Jewish lady in all the world, Pamela Geller at Atlas Shrugs, has a major article on this scandal today.

The allegations were so shocking, so pervasive, and so serious that even Democrats on Capitol Hill called for a full investigation of ACORN--Barack Obama's supposed 'voter registration organization.'

Insiders in the organization told a House subcommittee that there is widespread fraud, intimidation tactics, and outright violations of federal law by ACORN officials.

Back during the campaign I warned repeatedly that ACORN was going to steal the election for Barack Obama. In fact, when I suggested after the election that this is exactly what had happened, I was immediately berated as an 'alarmist' and told that the 'the margin of victory for Obama was too large for fraud to have been involved.'

Not when you have a national organization that used its influence in voter registration to employ tactics that made sure Obama received millions of votes that were tainted!

ACORN, the supposed 'new voter registration organization' founded and funded by Barack Obama, will be taking a major roll in conducting the U.S. Census in 2010.

We knew there had to be an ulterior motive for the Obama move to place the census under the control of the White House instead of the Department of Commerce where it belongs BY LAW.

Well, this is it.

With ACORN fully involved in the process we can be 100% certain that census numbers will be skewed in favor of Democrats so that when the process of redistricting takes place, based upon the census, the liberals will have the upper hand.

Election Teeters on Edge of Illegitimacy

Constitutional democracies such as ours rely on free and honest elections that can be trusted as accurate representations of the wishes of the voters. When elections are overwhelmed by fraud, corruption, and manipulation, the entire system of government is thrown into complete chaos.

It is not an exaggeration to say that this election teeters on the edge of illegitimacy due to massive fraud, and thus, the very fabric of our constitutional democracy is at stake.

Without clean, honest elections, democracy cannot survive.

At the center of the corruption that engulfs this election is ACORN, the self-described 'voter registration organization for the underprivileged' that is actually a campaign arm of the Barack Obama machine.

Everywhere ACORN has been active in this election cycle, a putrid stench of rottenness has been left in its wake.

The dead have cast absentee ballots. Loopholes in election laws in states such as Ohio have been used to register single voters multiples of times in different counties that have no way of checking whether or not the person voted in another county. Thousands of registration forms submitted by ACORN have been shown to be fraudulent at worst and problematic at best due to information that does not match the records.

In Ohio at least, the Secretary of State plans on counting these registrations and votes anyway.

And this, of course, is not all. Convicted felons who cannot vote legally have been registered by ACORN. Homeless persons with no verifiable address have been registered, and a judge in Ohio ruled that these persons could use their 'park bench' as a valid address.

Illegal aliens have illegally registered to vote when they register for a driver's license in California, and once they possess a valid driver's license in that state there is no way to prevent their illegal vote from counting.

Going back to Ohio, which seems to be ground zero for ACORN's shenanigans, citizens have reported to state officials that ACORN representatives were caught registering Alzheimer's patients in nursing homes.

The thing that is so disturbing about this particular case is not only that ACORN was engaging in voter fraud but was being assisted by two Highland County Board of Elections employees.

If we cannot even trust the integrity of elections officials, how can any election in this country be deemed legitimate?

And this is the heart of the problem. Not only are groups such as ACORN working to perpetrate the most extensive voter fraud operation in American history, but certain citizens are helping them do it. And some of these citizens are in positions of power in government and in local election board headquarters.

It is as if there is a certain segment of American society that has determined that come what may, no matter what most Americans want, Barack Obama is going to be the next President, period, and they will lie, cheat, steal, and do just about anything to make sure it happens.

Legitimate elections that can be trusted by the citizens do not have the characteristics of this election. From what we have seen thus far, if Barack Obama wins on Tuesday it will be the result of the single most massive fraudulent operation in the history of the Republic.

The question is, what will the honest citizens do about it?

Still No Records

In spite of the federal investigation into nationwide voter fraud perpetrated by Barack Obama's ACORN, Chairman Ba-O still has not provided the feds with the records of all of his correspondence with the corrupt 'get out the vote for Obama' group that fronts as a 'voter registration organization.'

Obama was so incensed that the feds would actually investigate the organization that he helped form, nurse, and protect, that he called for an investigation into the investigation.

Not so fast.

Senator, that tactic only works when you are acting in good faith by providing the feds with all of your records concerning ACORN.

What better way to show that you have nothing to hide?

On the other hand, several offices of ACORN around the country have reported the mysterious disappearance of laptop computers just after the federal investigation ensued.

Perhaps the Chairman and his 'baby' know that those records will do nothing to clear his name but will only serve to show the fraudulent nature of ACORN and Obama's involvement with them.

So now, the records are gone with the wind.

ACORN Ads Show Group Works for Obama

In an explosive revelation concerning the supposed 'non-partisan' voter registration group for the 'underprivileged,' ACORN's own advertising dating back to February of 2008 shows that the group was seeking to hire 'canvassers to help Obama.'

Widespread, nationwide voter fraud is thus back in the top of the headlines.

Persistently during this campaign, Obama has distanced himself from ACORN, claiming neither he nor his staff have any connection to the group's activities.

In like manner, ACORN has also denied any connections to partisan politics, citing their only goal is to register the underprivileged to vote.

As it turns out, not only has Obama given $800,000 to ACORN, but ACORN has openly advertised itself as a 'canvassing group for Obama.'

As The Liberty Sphere has repeatedly stated, this is a clear violation of federal law, and those involved could well be charged with felonies once the FBI's investigation is complete...and that includes Chairman Ba-O.

EXPLOSIVE! Obama Wants Probe of the Probe

Unbelievable. But why am I not surprised? This is typical of the tactics of a campaign that is obsessed with silencing any critic or any suggestion of impropriety.

If you even as much as ask a question that Chairman Ba-O considers out of bounds, he and his goon squad will come after you with a vengeance.

Consider the probe into widespread voter fraud perpetrated by ACORN. The FBI has concluded that there is sufficient evidence to launch a federal investigation into the Obama-backed organization.

Sorry, but according to Chairman Ba-O, such a probe is inappropriate. Thus, Chairman Ba-O and his goons have called for a federal investigation into the federal investigation.

It seems the Chairman thinks that the FBI has quite the gall to investigate his baby.

So, it's time to investigate 'possible improprieties' in the investigation of ACORN.

Barack Obama's campaign asked the U.S. Justice Department to expand a special prosecutor's investigation to include possible improprieties surrounding reports the FBI is looking into voter fraud in the presidential race.

Obama's campaign attorney said the investigation should look into a leak to the news media that the FBI is probing allegations of voter registration fraud by a grassroots organization called ACORN. The group's activities were denounced by Republican nominee John McCain in the Oct. 15 presidential debate.

It would seem, then, that the Chairman has just outed himself as part and parcel of ACORN, a suggestion which he has denied.

Thus, if massive voter fraud is indeed found at ACORN, then the Chairman himself will be personally implicated.

Once again, the possibility exists that our next 'President' could be arrested and jailed.

Wow, we sure are flying high, aren't we?

Integrity of '08 Election Already in Question

With ACORN's obvious and blatant attempt to pad voter registration drives with Obama supporters, and with reports in places such as Ohio of widespread voter fraud due to the state's inadequate registration laws, the integrity and legitimacy of the '08 Election is already in question.

Despite ACORN's insistence that it is nothing more than a 'non-partisan, non-profit organization that seeks to register to vote those who are poor and underprivileged,' the group has undeniable ties to the Obama campaign, has received donations from the Obama campaign, and has benefited from the Democrats' control of Congress, who always succeed in sneaking into bills some pork-barrel spending that sends cash directly to ACORN.

ACORN is presently under a federal investigation for possibly engaging in voter fraud and breaking election laws. ACORN has registered individuals in the names of the deceased in order to allow them to vote numerous times. The group has been accused of bribing poor persons to register several times under fictitious names and bogus SS numbers.

And in Ohio it was discovered that ACORN had actually registered a SEVEN-YEAR-OLD child!

Ohio in itself is yet another story.

Due to the partisanship of a corrupt Secretary of State, Ohio put into place an election law this year that allows citizens to register and vote early, all on the same day. This allows persons of ill repute to register in potentially dozens of counties, allowing them to vote dozens of times, all on the same day, without election officials being capable of checking the validity of the registrations.

This widespread corruption across the nation has cast a shadow of suspicion over this entire election already, fully a month before Election Day.

Tens of thousands of people have already cast votes who are doing so illegally and are planning on doing so illegally.

Thus, can we trust the results of this election, particularly if Barack Obama wins?

If ACORN and the Democrats in the state of Ohio and the U.S. Congress have their way, Barack Obama is going to win no matter what, even if it takes hundreds of thousands of illegal votes to do so.
