IRS misses court ordered deadline yet again

The IRS has missed once again a court ordered deadline today to turn over newly discovered Lois Lerner emails in the ongoing scandal in which the agency used its vast power to harass, prosecute, and attempt to jail members of conservative groups prior to the 2012 presidential election.   Read the rest.....

They dint miss it. It's evidentiary of an attitude that they are above the law. It is an important distinction. It is important that we see things for what they really are in this case an utter contempt for the courts and other 'outsiders'. One sees this same attitude in other govt agencies.

To say they missed it is to excuse them for an oversight. In turn, that serves to keep us blind to the truth. WE the people, being superior to the govt are but enablers when we look the other way or coddle or make excuses.

Oh yeah, one more thing...perhaps the most important thing; the IRS didn't miss the deadline. The IRS is an agency. The agency is staffed with individuals. It is exactly that someone(s) among that group of individuals decided to not comply. The onus is directly upon those specific persons as individuals. Someone made the order, others carried it out. Each of THEM, as individuals, are the responsible parties.
