On the surface Jeff Olson of San Diego, Calif. does not appear to be the type to engage in civil disobedience, particularly not to the degree that he wound up in jail and became the center of a court case that revolved around First Amendment free speech rights, vandalism, and the Fourth Amendment right to be free from search and seizure.
