A citizen in Richmond County, Georgia has been arrested for taking videos of police on a public sidewalk and later filming the county sheriff's office in Augusta.
According to WRDW News Channel 12, Matthew Haley was placed under arrest and spent 11 hours in a holding cell at the Richmond County Sheriff's Office in Augusta, Ga. for merely engaging in the "suspicious behavior" of filming police officers and the sheriff's headquarters.
