Patriot group takes gun rights issue to Massachusetts

A patriot group known as Oath Keepers took the gun rights issue to the heart of anti-gun territory, which also happens to be where the latest terrorist attack occurred on U.S. soil, in Massachusetts today. Their next stop tomorrow will be Connecticut.

Oath Keepers was founded by a group of law enforcement officers, military personnel, and other government officials who have vowed never to violate their oath of office, which states that they swear to "preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, both foreign and domestic."

The group declares that they intend to uphold the oath even if their superiors order them to defy it.
