How many times must 2A be infringed before the book is thrown at the tyrants?

Excerpt:

"Thus, Connecticut is standing on the edge of a most dangerous precipice. The state apparently assumes it has the authority to infringe upon and limit an individual right protected by the Constitution, and in a manner that is blatant and wildly excessive.

"The Framers referred to such actions as tyranny, and they believed that any individual or any state that violates the intent, spirit, and letter of the Constitution should face the full consequences of the law which was and remains very clear about criminal and legal sanctions against the perpetrators of tyranny.

"If Connecticut proceeds to approve the bill that is currently moving through the legislature, it then becomes a rogue state that should face the punishment the Framers delineated for tyrants."
