U.S. Sen. John McCain of Arizona, the presidential nominee of the Republican Party in 2008, is set to betray conservatives yet again. This will not be the first time McCain has supported measures that fly in the face of every known conservative principle that has defined the movement from the beginning.
Perhaps his most famous piece of legislation, McCain-Feingold, was a direct attack on the First Amendment and free speech, banning individuals and entities from purchasing ads in the media in the days leading up to an election...

When HASN'T he betrayed conservatives?
Well, he has done a few good things, such as vowing to get to the bottom of the Benghazi debacle as an example. But overall, he has been no friend to real conservatives, for sure.
