This headlong rush toward militarization of the police - and the use of US military in the U.S. - has now scared everyone I know. Much talk these days, here, about "what's next".

Not good.

On the bright side, my older daughter qualified as "Rifleman" at last weekend's Appleseed shoot in Chugiak, Alaska. I posted about it, over the weekend.
