Trouble for ObamaCare at the Supreme Court

The ObamaCare healthcare reform law ran into trouble today at the U.S. Supreme Court as several justices focused on the mandate to require all Americans to purchase medical insurance.
Justices Alito, Scalia, Kennedy, and Roberts indicated that such a mandate breaks new ground and would forever change the relationship between government and its citizens.
CNN went as far as to describe today's hearings as a 'trainwreck' for ObamaCare.
Of concern to the conservative justices on the Court is the law's requirement that citizens enter a market--the medical insurance market--which the commerce clause was never intended to address if one is serious about original intent. Never in the history of the Republic has the clause been used to justify the federal government's forcing citizens to make purchases that they may not wish to make.
