Document Dump Expected Today Ahead of Holder's Testimony

Sources close to the investigation of Operation Fast and Furious, or Project Gunwalker, say that a major document dump is expected late today from the Justice Department ahead of Attorney-General Eric Holder's testimony before the House Judiciary Committee on Thursday.
The documents are expected to contain emails from Dennis Burke to Eric Holder and to Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano. So explosive are the emails thataccording to citizen investigative reporter Mike Vanderboegh, they could potentially result in the removal of both Holder and Napolitano from their jobs.
As a key figure in the Fast and Furious scandal, Burke is the former U.S. Attorney for the Arizona district whose participation in the scheme to cover-up the fact that the guns used to kill Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry were Gunwalker firearms is central to the Congressional investigation.

I have to wonder if felony murder charges could be brought against these people? After all, they were directly involved in criminal acts that caused the deaths of a lot of people. Not to mention that the main idea was to get more gun control laws passed. Not to stop criminals...
