I admit I am a big Clint Eastwood fan. I loved all his movies, from the 'Spaghetti Westerns' to 'Dirty Harry' to some of his most recent films. Brigid blogs on the Spaghetti Westerns, which, by the way, got their name from the fact that Eastwood went to Italy to shoot them, where filming could be done much more cheaply. And they are excellent films. My favorite is 'High Plains Drifter.'

Thanks for the welcome back Anthony!
As for my recent post I wasn't pushing so much for the Libertarian Party (I left them in 2000 when the whacko's took it over.) as for some new revitalization within the American political establishment. Something along the lines of a hostile takeover of the Republican Party by the TEA Party movement.
Have a good one!
I know you don't have control over it, but do you know one of the google ads on your sidebar is to give money to the President so he can "change Washington".
Have a great day and thanks for the link!
cheers
B.
Patrick, welcome back! Missed you during your long absence. And thanks for the correction.
Brigid--I don't have control over it, Brigid, and it makes me livid when they do that. But, the up-side is that most of the ads they place are compatible with this blog. So, I guess I can be thankful for that at least.
Good to see you, and thanks for dropping by!
