Conspiracy Theories and Tin Foil Hats

Have you ever noticed that each time someone merely raises questions about certain activity on the part of government they are immediately branded as a 'conspiracy theorist' and a 'tin foil hat kook'?

Since when is it promoting a conspiracy theory to merely REPORT on it?  Is this part of the present mindset to censor bloggers, citizen journalists, and the alternative media, and to silence any and all criticism of the current regime?

Any true government watchdog MUST QUESTION EVERYTHING--even legitimate government activity that has the mere appearance of something fishy.  This is part of holding government accountable...and letting the powers-that-be know that we are watching them like a hawk.

THAT is essential to the preservation of liberty.

I agree that you shouldn't be labeled a kook for pointing out what is documented to be happening.

My area of interest are those foundations and NGOs that were involved in transforming public education in our country. From the books by Gatto and Iserbyt, you find that these organizations have their thumbs in every pie. It seems like most people can bear to think about it, though because it is so disturbing.

I appreciate your speaking out on these issues.

Don't let it get you down. I often joke about putting on my TINFOIL hat, but you are correct, we MUST keep asking questions.

The only time we need to be considered kooks is when we have a logical answer and choose to ignore it.

There are a lot of things the current administration is doing as well as refusing to acknowledge which are valid cause for concern.
