Kagan Wrote That Government Can Restrict Free Speech

The more I find out about Elena Kagan the more I am convinced she is the most extremist and dangerous Court nominee in the history of the Republic.

As you will see at Conservative Examiner today, Kagan actually argued that the government can restrict free speech as long as it can establish a 'proper motive.'

Yet from what I can tell she is expected to sail right through to confirmation, with little or no GOP opposition.  If that turns out to be the case, then we should target those GOP Senators for defeat, with no qualms or hesitations...no matter who they are.
