Today millions of citizens are gathering towns and cities all across America as part of the Tea Party movement. The primary reason for these protests is that citizens sense something is terribly wrong in our government.
Part of what is wrong is the creeping crawl of revisionism when it comes to the Constitution. In today's courts, original intent is given only a slight nod.
