UPDATE: Video Explains/Questions Army Troops Deployed on U.S. Soil

This is a special update to an earlier post.

A video has surfaced from the waning days of the Bush Administration concerning the 'Consequence Management Response Force,' which can be deployed on U.S. soil to 'help with civil unrest and crowd control.'

Conservative Examiner has the video, along with pertinent information.

Interesting that the questions raised about the plan during the waning days of the Bush years were from liberals.  But now we are in a far more dangerous situation with a President who has openly admitted that the Constitution is 'fundamentally flawed.'
