Second Amendment News Roundup for 4/30/2010

Focusing on guns, politics, and news of interest regarding firearms rights, here is today's Second Amendment News Roundup:

The Wandering Minstrel has an excellent piece on 'the other safety rules' for firearms.  You've heard of the Four Rules.  There are about 8 more.  Take a look.

Nicki provides hard-hitting commentary on 'the Bastard's' supposed 'gun-free paradise' (NYC) and the latest senseless tragedy that occurred there.

Pax Parabellum reports that bill that would permit handgun carry in restaurants has been passed by the Tennessee Senate.

GunRights4US posts a telling photo of these ominous, dangerous, and threatening Tea Party activists who had the SWAT team called out on them by the FEDS.

American and Proud has a video that shows that, while Obama and the mainstream media portray Tea Party activists as dangerous armed subversives, NOTHING is said about THIS which was captured on video from Arizona--showing the VIOLENCE of ILLEGAL ALIENS and their LEFTWING enablers.

Free in Idaho says that the government is now afraid of the citizens.  Good!  They need to be.  This is precisely where the Founders wanted them.  But the problem is that with their fear comes paranoia that leads to BAD LAWS, such as what was recently enacted in Oklahoma!

Breda says 'Enough, already' when it comes to the manner in which women who arm themselves are depicted.

David Codrea asks if Lindsay Lohan's firearms photo is in violation of federal law.

Say Uncle has some links to today's gun porn.

Texas Fred says that chasing down all those future Democrat voters--the illegal aliens--is a hard job.

And now it's WEASEL TIME--the funniest political cartoons on algore's internets.  The Ol' Broad has 'em.
