Barack Obama is being sued in court, a legal challenge that could potentially go all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court. The case is currently in the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals.

In addition, the Reverend Doctor James Manning, PhD., of Harlem, New York, is going to place Barack Obama and Columbia University on trial for treason and fraud. Dr. Manning insists that he has Judges that have committed to presiding over the trial.
