Since the politicians in Washington aren't listening to us, are the citizens getting ready to force the issue?

I have put a lot of thought to this action for a while now and believe it has merit. Couple it with a mass "sit out" that could severely bog down production and commerce, I believe a great deal of pressure would be brought to bear on Washington.

In my mind's eye, the backlash upon employment possibly caused by this act could not be any worse than the systematic destruction "our leaders" are causing to employment and it's long term future.

As you had mentioned about the possible risk to life, limb and property for those who might participate in such acts; I'd rather take and hold control over my risks, pass or fail, than continue to allow Washington to drag me down the tubes of certain failure under their terms.

And, should these passive resistance actions bring about a violent response, I believe it obvious that any act of "disobedience", regardless of the numbers involved, would have brought down the same response.
