My dear readers, for your own good and financial stability, do not believe the overly-optimistic words of Obama and the members of his administration concerning the economy. Do not believe the words of those outside government who have a vested interest in creating a false sense of optimism.
This economy is still at a very dangerous stage and will remain so for quite some time to come.
After last week's news that Colonial Bank failed in Alabama, which is the largest bank failure so far this year, today we learn that yet another one bites the dust.
And it's a biggie.

I'm in gold, gems, and guns now. We are in a huge collapse Anthony.
You know, several months ago I only had a passing concern that the nation may wind up in this shape, believing that although Obama's policies were bad, we were strong enough to withstand them.
But now I am in near-obsessive mode concerning the dire nature of our economic situation. There is no way we can withstand multi-trillions budget deficits and multi-trillions in national debt...particularly when the govt spends money like crazy when it should be in restraint mode.
I agree, sadly. The cards are gonna come crumbling down.
