When one gives careful consideration to the provisions of the 5th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, it becomes clear that Obama and company have committed impeachable offenses in the government-imposed and supervised bankruptcy terms for GM and Chrysler.
Obama has violated the provisions of the 5th Amendment in at least 2 places--the due process clause and the just compensation clause.

Not only were the automakers deprived of their rights under the Constitution, but they willingly allowed Obama to force these violations upon them in exchange for a taxpayer bailout...all the more reason for a boycott!
