Sessions Defects to Support Holder

Under most conditions I consider U.S. Senator Jeff Sessions, R-Alabama, to be an important ally in adhering to conservative principles.

But we just lost him on the Holder nomination.

For some unknown reason, Sessions told the Senate Judiciary Committee that he would be voting in favor of confirmation of Holder for Attorney-General.

Thus, the dominoes begin to fall one by one.

We expect Holder to get some opposition, but it is increasingly becoming crystal clear that he will gain broadbased support in the U.S. Senate vote.

Thus, Obama will get what he asked for--one of the most dangerous and anti-gun Attorneys-General in American history.

Clearly, the GOP could have done much, much more to oppose this horrid nomination. Shame on them for generally shirking their duty to the citizens of this country by holding firm to principle.

We never expected the Democrats to hold firm to principle. But the GOP knows better.

Obvioulsy they do not know better. They have spent the last 8 years proving they didn't know better.

We have spent the last 8 years allowing their ignorance to be at no cost to them.

I only vote and write and campaign now to assuage my conscience for that time when I feel sure I will have to kill to defend my liberty and my life. I do not hold hope that any of it will do good until force is applied. It is inevitable that force will be applied.

The only question is will it be met with force? We have been so derelict and so malleable that we have trained the enemies of American liberty and ideals to believe we will never find a sticking point. That fact alone will encourage the enemies of liberty to apply force to achieve the remainder of their goals. Impatience to seal the deal and their contempt for us means they will apply force.

Will they be the only ones who do?

Not where I stand, but I expect to stand alone and die alone. But I will die free.

Of course, there will be a gathering of pragmatists around those few who won't die slaves to note that slavery is preferable to manhood and citizenship. It's practical.

Oh, there will be a sticking point, alright...but we will never tell them exactly what it is.

Keep 'em guessing, ya know...

It seems to be following a poor "B" movie script.
Self righteous republicrat senators talking big s**t, and then folding and going over to the dark side.
Let's remember, they are all bought and paid for. They are told what to do and when to do it. They are good obedient little puppets. They do exactly what their masters/paymasters tell them to do.
We will get NO help from the traitors in the District of Criminals.
Be prayed up, prepped up, armed up and trained up.
Dey iz comin' to take us away...
