NBC in Deep Financial Trouble, Moves Leno to 10

On the heels of the news that the New York Times, the Chicago Tribune, and other newspapers are on the brink of going under, we learn that the NBC network is in deep financial trouble.

So deep are the financial woes for NBC that management is cutting back on programming, particularly late-night television.

Jay Leno is moving to the 10 PM time slot.

Others, yet unnamed, will lose not only their programs but their jobs.

As with the New York Times, this could not have happened to a more worthy organization. Although the 3 major networks are all liberal in their news slant, NBC has been by far the most partisan, openly cheering Obama as per Chris Matthews and Keith Olbermann.

Along with the Times and other newspapers and news organizations, NBC failed to investigate serious and obvious discrepancies with 'the Obama story' regarding his past associations. These outlets of the mainstream media helped Obama cover-up his connections with persons of ill repute, including known domestic terrorists.

NBC, like the NYT, deserves to go under. If the network can't operate a news organization with integrity, honesty, and fairness, then either they should get out of the news business entirely or simply cease to exist.
