Does being spectacularly wrong about a major issue in your field of expertise hurt your chances of becoming the presidential science advisor? Apparently not, judging by reports from DotEarth and ScienceInsider that Barack Obama will name John P. Holdren as his science advisor on Saturday.
Add Holdren to the list of highly questionable choices Obama has made for his Administration and Cabinet, in addition to Clinton at State, Holder at Justice, and Duncan at Education, among others.
UPDATE! Link is now fixed.

Holdren is just a typical liberal crackpot acting like a scientist. There are plenty of these leftard psuedo-intellectuals out there spreading their crap around.
The bad news, the American people are so dumbed down, hey they voted for a shuck and jive artist didn't they, that they haven't a clue.
And the fact they haven't a clue is shown in polling numbers that give Obama overwhelming approval ratings even in the midst of one of the biggest scandals in American politics...
