Second Amendment News Roundup for 11/28/08

Focusing on guns, politics, and news of interest, here is today's Second Amendment News Roundup:

Pamela Geller at Atlas Shrugs provides an update on the news that her blog has been blocked by Google. Remember, she hired some IT specialists, and they confirm that Google has blocked access to Atlas. Today, some 'new media' sources have picked up the story. Good!

Texas Fred reports that questions over Obama's birth certificate continue to mount, and now there is a petition we can sign requesting that there be full disclosure of the certificate and verification of the signature.

GoUpstate says despite the economy, shoppers are out in full force at retailers today. And that includes local gun shops, although this is not mentioned in the story. The 2-day tax free holiday on gun purchases is today and tomorrow, and from my unofficial monitoring of local gun stores this morning, it appears the guns and ammo are flying off the shelves. Good!
